A luxury 3 bedroom villa built on a hillside in the small village of Plaka near the famous resort of Elounda. It offers superb views of the Spinalonga island, the Elounda Bay and the blue sea that invites you to surrender to daydreaming, far away from the bustling city life.

The elegance of the spacious and stylishly furnished 3-bedroom villa together with the warm and welcoming atmosphere create the feeling of refined luxury. The villa is surrounded by a rock and herb garden that spread their aromas in the air and has a private pool and spacious terraces.

As you enter the villa you’ll find an open plan area where the living room, dining area and the kitchen is. The living room has a balcony offering wonderful views or the sea and the island of Spinalonga.

Two steps lead up to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to balconies.

Another staircase leads from the ground floor to the pool level where there is a master bedroom, one WC, and the wellness room with the Jacuzzi. The wellness room and the master bedroom have access to the terrace, pool and garden all offering breathtaking views of the Mirabello Gulf and the island of Spinalonga.

Spectacular view near a nice village

The villa was very modern with a stunning view of Spinalonga island and the sea. The main floor had a great balcony with a dining table and the pool was large and beautiful. The host also assisted us to schedule a private chef to cook us a dinner at the villa. There were several nice restaurants in an otherwise quiet and small village.

You do need a car with a big engine to get up the drive as it is quite steep, also the sunbeds need a cover as very uncomfortable, Property very clean and cleaner very friendly. overall the area is great and we had a very relaxing holiday.. The view is spectacular.

Nous avons pleinement pu profiter de notre séjour à Plaka! L'accueil était chaleureux comme tous les gens que nous avons pu rencontrer pendant nos vacances en Crète. La villa Mirabello super avec une vue exceptionnelle, grande terrasse et magnifique piscine. Toute était propre et la femme de ménage passait tous les matins. En plus, la plage et l'idyllique village de Plaka accessible à 5 minutes à pied. Si je dois mentioner un point moins fort: l'équipement de la cuisine, services et vaisselle devrait être completé. Et le chantier bruyant à proximité sera certainement bouclé quand on reviendra. Fam. Cardinaux, Suisse

Fabulous Villa with Outstanding Views

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Mirabello. The pictures do not do justice to how spacious, light and airy the villa is - with extensive outside spaces and plenty of areas to relax and take in the breathtaking views. The villa is beautifully set up and the daily cleaning service was a bonus with a friendly and helpful member of staff. We were met bang on time when we arrived and received a welcome gift of some wine and food and fruit which was a lovely touch. The pool is the best we have had - a perfect size and temperature - and easy to stay in there gazing down at Plaka or out to sea. Other reviews have mentioned the lack of crockery and this is still a bit minimal - but more than enough for us. A few more personal touches in the decor and artwork and some notes about the villa and area would be helpful. However, we loved our stay, felt very lucky an will return - thank you.

Wonderful villa in lovely village

The villa is a great property in a wonderful location overlooking Plaka although it is a steep climb up the 100m driveway to the property! Lovely pool, large patio area, nice dining area with great view, and inside the villa was well laid out. Availability of daily cleaning was certainly an unexpected luxury. Despite being one of three close villas, privacy was certainly not a problem at all as due to the design we were not overlooked. Our only small issue was the small number of pots/pans and limited crockery (e.g. we had to buy our own mugs as there were only small cups available!). Plaka itself is a lovely resort with a village atmosphere. There are numerous restaurants to try and a number of friendly bars. Plus of course the island of Spinalonga is a short 10 minute boat ride away and well worth a visit, especially if you have read The Island by Victoria Hislop! Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would recommend both the villa and Plaka. We will be returning!
