Villa King with a heated pool

Villa King is a beautiful, brand new villa, situated near the famous resort of Elounda. It has a stylish design and decoration with stone marble floors, custom made furniture, modern designer s items and original old pieces.



This amazing holiday home has six en suite bedrooms, all modern amenities, a private swimming pool and beautiful outdoor furnished areas, ideal for relaxation during day and night. The closest beach is only 300m away from the villa.

On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with a fireplace, a study, a dining area (with direct access to the outdoor dining area), a fully fitted kitchen with a bar area with stools that overlooks the pool and a WC. On this level there are also two bedrooms, one double and one twin (that can turn into a double according to guest`s needs). Each room has en suite bathroom with rain shower, a walk in closet and offer beautiful views to the sea. One of the bedroom also has a small terrace with access to the pool.



The first floor has two more rooms. One is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, closets and a private terrace with relaxing views to the sea. The second one a separate external entrance and features a double bed, en suite shower room, walk in closet, fireplace and private terrace with amazing sea views.



Two more twin bedrooms en suite with shower bathrooms and a laundry/ storage room are on the lower ground floor of the villa.



Two additional bedrooms are located next to the main building, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.

Villa King has an outdoor area with pathways around the house, some stone benches, a stone external shower of the private pool and the outdoor dining area by the pool.



A further external area (about 3 min. walk from the immediate one) consists of "wild" and untouched local vegetation. The owners of the villa have designed and built pathways through the olive groves and arranged a couple of "rest" areas under the trees, ideal for a drink or snack, as well as a couple of hammock areas, perfect to lay under the shade of the olive trees and enjoy a book or just a rest
