Located on beautiful Monkey Island on Grand Lake, this picturesque cabin is nestled atop a large lot with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy all that “Lake Life” has to offer. This newly remodeled cabin has the perfect mix of modern amenities, high-end comfort and rustic charm.

LIVING SPACE

While walking up the front deck steps, you’ll know this cabin is something special. The living room’s floor to ceiling windows bring in lots of natural light, and often allow a peek at a friendly fox or a family of deer. The furnishings were chosen with relaxation and comfort in mind, and the new wood pellet stove and cozy blankets will keep you nice and toasty during chilly fall and winter evenings.

KITCHEN

Just off the living room is the newly remodeled kitchen. The quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, white apron farm sink, and floating shelves are the perfect elements that make this space both functional and inviting. Whether it’s cookie baking or making a pot of soup, our kitchen is stocked with all the conveniences of home.

Coffee is a priority for us, so we have you covered with a Keurig and a brew maker. Your first two K-cups of coffee are always on us. The nearby large farmhouse dining table is a perfect gathering spot for family meals, playing board games or putting together a puzzle.

Bedroom 1

The large floor to ceiling windows welcome in lots of natural light. The four post queen bed with Serta mattress and soft bedding will lure you in and small touches like reading lamps, cozy blankets and a flat screen TV will add to the comfort of your stay.

Bedroom 2

This large bedroom, with it’s black iron bed, Serta mattress and comfortable bedding is the perfect place to unwind and relax. This room has a flat screen TV and an easy chair and ottoman for the perfect place to read a book or take a much needed nap.

Bedroom 3

This room offers two twin iron beds with Serta mattresses and soft inviting bedding. The black gooseneck lights above each bed offer the perfect reading nooks

Bathroom 1

Completely remodeled, this welcoming bathroom has a vanity with double sinks, lovely marble counter tops and lots of storage. It also has a new bath tub and shower with a stunning wall tile surround.

Bathroom 2

Newly remodeled, it has a walk-in shower, new vanity, and a full-size washer and dryer.

5 minute drive to top rated golf destination, Shangri-La, and it’s newly opened Anchor Activity Park, which has a game room, virtual arena, track man bays, CXC racing simulator, billiards and ping pong room, whiffle ball, basketball, tennis and pickle ball. Cobblestone Cabin has wonderful front, side and back decks for guests to enjoy. The back deck has a large six person, inviting hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day at the lake. There is also a grill, perfect for a family cookout. Steps off the deck, tucked under three large trees, you’ll find the fire pit. It offers six wooden Adirondack chairs. It’s the perfect place for hot chocolate and s’mores. The cabin also has a large carport, so be sure to bring your boat or jet skis to store on the property.
