Elegant maisonette with Garden, steps to the Beach

A lovely, brand new, garden maisonette within a private residential complex, fully equipped and able to accommodate comfortably up to 4 people. Two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a bathroom, fast WIFI, balcony with sea views as well as a large private outdoor lawn space with barbecue and two different roofed sitting areas! The beach is just 70 meters away and 1 minute walk, so this is an ideal location for total relaxation and peace of mind.

This lovely, brand-new, totally renovated, 85m2 maisonette, is fully equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 people, minutes away from many beaches on the popular island of Aegina, just an hour away from the city Athens. The maisonette is part of a private complex with 5 more residencies.

Two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped top of the line kitchen with dishwasher, a WC, a large bathroom with washing machine and balcony with sea views only a few minutes from the sea! There are a fireplace and central heating for winter time visitors!

The house is opposite Agia Varvara church. There are 3 organized beaches that can be reached on foot as they are about 100 meters away from the house. The area has many seaside cafes, restaurants and beach bars and there is also a supermarket at 30 meters from the house. A health center, pharmacy, and ATM can be found 5km away from Aegina town.


On the first floor, there are two spacious modern bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a semi double bed and another single bed which is stored underneath the main bed which can be set up for accommodating an extra person. There is also one small couch suitable for a small child. An extra fifth person can sleep on the ample and more than cozy couch of the living room if needed!


The maisonette is surrounded by a lawn paved garden. There is a roofed terrace with a sitting and dining area. Chaise lounge chairs are available. If you are traveling with children this garden is totally safe. Finally, at one side of the garden, there is extra roofed dining space able to accommodate 8 persons with a gas barbecue facility ideal for some hassle free outdoors specialties. There is private parking space within the complex.

Perdika is a beautiful small fishing village, with traditional scenery, 9 km south of the town of Aegina. It was built on top of a hill, with fantastic views of the blue waters of the sea, and the small island Moni. The small islet of Moni is located directly opposite Perdika, at approximately 3 nautical miles and is covered with rich vegetation. You can visit the islet on a boat to enjoy it.

During the summer season, visitors can find traditional small tavernas and bars in Perdika, where they can enjoy a tasty meal and drink. Swimmers can head to the beaches of Perdika and Marathona.The virgin environment and the green scenery attracts many nature lovers, who can stay at the small camping site operating on this islet.

The marina in Perdika offers excellent facilities and can host the boats and yachts of visitors. Perdika is extremely picturesque and has maintained its traditional look and characteristics. The fishing port makes a truly relaxing setting for holidays in this part of Aegina and offers moments of peace and beauty. Many of those who visit Perdika love this village with great passion and become regulars.

Please keep in mind that the maisonette is close to the road that connects Perdika and Aegina town. During August, the road can be busy as you can occasionally hear the sound of a motorbike or cars passing by but definitely it is kept to a minimum and is not irritating at all. We provide all necessary amenities such as shampoo and toilet paper for your convenience for the first couple of days of your stay and for the needs of your checkin till you settle in. We do not restock during your stay.

*Please be aware that our rates exclude an additional stayover tax. For stays from April to October, the tax is €8 per night, while from November to March, it is €2 per night. This tax applies to all bookings starting January 1st, 2024. Guests are required to pay this additional tax directly to the check-in assistant who will be responsible for key handover upon arrival.
