The open-plan living and dining area feels bright and effortless, framed by warm timber floors and soft textures that encourage you to slow down. Settle into the sofa for a relaxed night in or catch up on your favourite shows on the smart TV, with split-system cooling ensuring comfort year-round.
The adjoining kitchen brings a refined touch to everyday living, featuring a gas cooktop, quality appliances and ample bench space for easy meal preparation. The dining area offers a welcoming spot to gather, work, or enjoy your morning coffee before heading out to explore the city. Step outside to your private courtyardâa peaceful retreat perfect for open-air dining, BBQ cook-ups, evening drinks or quiet moments in the sunshine.
Both bedrooms are styled for rest and simplicity, each with a queen bed, soft lighting and a gentle palette that promotes relaxation. The second bedroom also offers a desk for remote work or study. The bathroom continues the contemporary feel with a walk-in shower, sleek vanity and a combined laundry with washer and dryer for convenience.
Parking is available for one vehicle in `car spot 2` at the back of the property, providing easy access throughout your stay.
During your stay, you and your group have the entire unit to yourselves for complete privacy and comfort. Please note, there are two other units on the property, also available for short-term stays. These may host guests during your visit, but each has its own private entrance and facilities. Settle in and make yourselves at home!
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
