Designed with flexibility and comfort in mind, this expansive home easily hosts up to 8 adults and 5 kids, making it ideal for large families, wedding groups, and multi-generational stays.

Tucked just moments from Aldinga’s shimmering shoreline, The Tree House is a truly unique coastal sanctuary - where nature meets modern design and life slows to the rhythm of sea breezes and birdsong.

Designed for connection and relaxation, this expansive retreat welcomes up to 8 adults and 5 children, offering 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 fully equipped kitchens across two self-contained levels. It’s the perfect haven for multi-family getaways, bridal groups, or coastal celebrations.

A majestic gum tree rises through the upper deck, casting dappled light across timber floors and open-plan living spaces. Inside, you’ll find soft linens, curated coastal textures, and thoughtful touches that make you feel instantly at home - from the vintage record player spinning Fleetwood Mac to the stack of board games and local magazines waiting for a slow morning coffee.

Each level offers its own kitchen, living room, and outdoor area, creating a sense of independence while keeping everyone close. Gather beneath the stars in the outdoor gazebo with a wood fire, or share sunset drinks as the sea air drifts through the eucalypts. An outdoor shower awaits after beach swims, and the scent of salt and gum leaves lingers in the air long after sunset.

Located just a few hundred metres from Aldinga Beach and its boat ramp, The Tree House places you in the heart of the Fleurieu Peninsula’s coastal playground - where long lunches, fine wines, and ocean swims define your days.

You have the whole property to yourself during your stay with us. Self check in details will be sent the day before your arrival to The Tree House.

We`re local hosts that live and breathe this beautiful region, we`re here if you need us but your privacy and relaxation is our number one priority!

For the kids ~ a portacot and highchair is available at the house. Please bring along a cot sheet.

All linens, bath and pool towels are provided!
~ Strictly no parties, events or large gatherings without prior approval from host.

~ Additional 4 persons as DAY visitors allowed during stay - Max 13 persons overnight.

~ Quiet time is between 9pm and 8am, no loud music or voices at any times. Please respect our wonderful neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after sunset to maintain the peaceful coastal atmosphere.

~ No pets allowed.

~ The Tree House is smoke free, no smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.

~ Please notify us immediately if something is damaged or broken.
