The Sail House at Seacliff
Style and location - The Sail House is a luxury holiday rental in the heart of Seacliff.
Just 60 metres from the beach, with its spacious double height ceilings and huge balcony, The Sail House boasts breath-taking 180 degree coastal views during the day & of course those incredible sunsets in the evenings.
This fully refurbished three-bedroom home has been styled with quality furnishings and interiors to maximise your comfort.
The main living areas are on the second floor to fully enjoy the incredible sea views. Two bedrooms, a bathroom and study space are located on the first floor, with a further bedroom on the ground floor. As the accommodation is across three floors, with changes of level within the property, our home may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Our light and airy kitchen has a full-size fridge freezer and plenty of storage. We provide quality coffee and tea, Nespresso machine (with a selection of pods), Aerocino, coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, stick blender, hand mixer & toasted sandwich maker. A full dinner service is provided along with a plastic children’s dinner service, cups and cutlery. The built-in oven has an Air Fryer function.
The spacious living and dining areas are comfortably furnished with deep sofas, linen cushions and plenty of soft snuggly throws. A 65` smart TV is provided if you can drag yourself away from the views for long enough. Our beautiful `live edge` acacia dining table provides ample space for family dining.
Our laundry has a front loading washing machine, Dyson V11 Absolute vacuum and steam mop. An iron, ironing board and airer are also available.
The huge master bedroom has a queen bed, desk, walk in wardrobe and reading chair to enjoy those amazing views of the ocean.
The second bedroom also has a queen bed, study desk and built in wardrobes.
Downstairs, a third bedroom has two single beds, study desk and built in wardrobes.
A spacious family bathroom is located on the first floor with a further WC on the second floor.
The house has Wi-Fi and all the bedrooms have USB power sockets.
Soft, quality towels and crisp bed linens are provided along with superior mattresses and pillows.
A travel cot, high chair & changing mat are available for our younger guests. Our home has retractable stair gates fitted on floors one and two.
Outdoor entertaining is accommodated on our huge west facing upstairs deck, with ample comfortable lounge seating and a spacious dining area. The deck is equipped with a Ziggy BBQ, USB rechargeable candles and festoon lighting to really set the scene for unforgettable evenings soaking up those sunsets. As the deck is on the second floor, we ask that you are mindful of this if travelling with young children.
One garage space is available for guest parking off of our spacious driveway. Two sea kayaks (with two adult and two small child life vests) and two urban bikes are available to use at guests own risk. A beach shelter, mat, chairs, Esky and quality beach towels are also provided.
Access is via a smart lock, so you can arrive at your leisure anytime from 3:00 PM. The property is fitted with a Ring doorbell with external video enabled for your convenience and security. There are no security/recording devices within the interior of our home.
Guests have full access to the property, however there are two storage areas within the wardrobes in beds 2 & 3 along with the second garage, reserved for owner`s use.
With its central location, guests will have no problem looking for that perfect restaurant or amazing shops, bars and entertainment options as they are all within walking distance from the home - and of course that includes the stunning beaches of Seacliff.
Access is via a smart lock, so you can arrive at your leisure anytime from 3:00 PM
