Welcome to ‘The Deck’.

This family friendly beauty offers the perfect coastal getaway. Conveniently located 800m from the stunning Sellicks Beach and newly appointed General Store, both accessible by car or walking trail.

We offer 5 bedrooms, two generous living areas, a spacious, newly renovated deck equipped with a lounge, dining area and BBQ. The west facing deck provides the perfect spot to enjoy a coastal sunset, meal with friends and loved ones or simply relax and enjoy the view.

An eye catching two-storey home carefully curated to provide you with an unforgettable coastal getaway. Located a short five minute walk (800m) to the stunning Sellicks Beach. ‘The Deck’ offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and good vibes.

With five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ‘The Deck’ offers ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation.

~LIVING AREAS
‘The Deck’ features two spacious living areas. Perfect for families travelling with children. The main lounge room offers a light filled retreat, complete with a 65” flat screen, three-seater lounge, two-seater lounge and two bean bags.

The downstairs living area has a large three-seater leather couch, two single leather chairs, and a 65” flat screen, creating the perfect space to unwind. Please note, the TV downstairs does not have an antenna connection. It is intended for streaming services like Netflix only.

~THE DECK
Step outside and immerse yourself in the breathtaking outdoor views ‘The Deck’ has to offer.

~8 seater table that can be extended to accomodate 10. (Please let us know if you would like this option prior to check in)

~Access to backyard from external stairs
~Lockable gate to stair access to keep your little people safe

~INDOOR DINING
The dining area showcases an exquisite eight-seat dining table, which can be extended to comfortably accommodate up to to 10 guests (please let us know prior to check in if you would like this deployed as we do not leave additional chairs out for guests unless asked).

~SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
~ Bedroom 1: The Upstairs Master Bedroom features a luxurious king bed , walk in robe and deck access.
~ Bedroom 2: The Downstairs Master Bedroom is equipped with a king bed and bench for your luggage.
~ Bedroom 3: Features a queen size bed and built in robe.
~ Bedroom 4: Furnished with a queen bed and built in robe.
~ Bedroom 5: Designed with younger guests in mind, this room adds an element of excitement and adventure with two single bunk beds. Please note, these are not intended for adults.

~BATHROOMS
~Upstairs bathroom has a shower, a toilet, and vanity sink

~Downstairs bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower, toilet and vanity sink.

~KITCHEN
Our fully equipped kitchen is a furnished with modern amenities including a fridge/freezer, an oven, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine, sink and a bench with three stylish bar stools.

~LAUNDRY
The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and sink.

~FIREPIT
The downstairs undercover area features a bench table, a fire pit, and six comfortable sun loungers, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation and conversation.

~YARD
Our large, enclosed backyard is perfect for children and pets. There is full visibility and side access into our yard from the deck so you can keep an eye on things from above.

~LINEN
All linen and towels are provided.

🐶 🐈‍⬛ - NO PETS INSIDE. We love pets too, just not in our house. Any indication of a pet being inside will incur an additional cleaning fee.
We have a large, secure backyard and undercover garage that can accommodate your furry friends, with external stairs to the large deck entertaining area. Please also pick up after your pets, as additional cleaning fees will be charged for picking up poop.

🎉❌ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES - We want you to have a great time, we don’t however wish to host any kind of party that disrespects our home or our neighbours.

🤑YOU BREAK IT, YOU BUY IT! - We get it, accidents happen and that’s ok. We understand the occasional broken glass or plate. What we won’t tolerate is unnecessary damage to our property or furniture.

👻 IF IT MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEARS, YOU BUY IT! - We will not tolerate any kind of theft in our home. Any missing items will be charged for.

🎥 😃 SMILE - Please be aware we have external security cameras for your security and safety. These are only reviewed in case of incident or damage.

🔥INDOOR FIRE PLACE - Please be aware our indoor fire place is NOT IN USE. Do not use under any circumstances. If you would like a fire, our firepit area is perfect.

🔑LOCK UP - Please ensure house is secured (both upstairs and downstairs) when going out and about.
