Perfect for families or friends, it offers a modern kitchen, cozy living areas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor dining, BBQ, and a private outdoor soaking tub. With plenty of space for 2, ideal for 3, and comfortable for up to 4 guests, this fully furnished retreat has everything you need for a relaxing getaway.
Step through the front door into the light-filled living room on your left. Featuring a plush sectional sofa, a large flat-screen TV, center-table, and coastal-themed decor, this space is perfect for unwinding. From here, you flow directly into the open-plan kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and socializing.
The modern kitchen boasts a marble countertops, a fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, toaster, coffee machine and kettle, fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and a central island with bar seating, perfect for casual breakfasts or prepping meals.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the airy dining area seats six comfortably, with large glass doors opening out to the spacious outdoor patio. This beautiful outdoor space is a highlight of the home, complete with a BBQ grill, shaded alfresco dining area, lounge chairs, and bean bags for relaxing. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
