This cosy and inviting unit combines relaxed coastal styling with thoughtful touches that make it easy to feel at home from the moment you arrive. Light-filled interiors, soft textures and a calming palette create a comfortable base for both short and extended stays, with a layout that flows naturally between spaces.

The living area is designed for easy downtime, with a comfortable sofa, armchair and TV creating a relaxed setting to unwind after a day by the coast. A charming window seat offers a quiet nook for reading or morning coffee, while split-system heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort. The kitchen and dining space bring a touch of retro character with a booth-style dining nook that invites slow breakfasts or casual dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop and dishwasher, making it simple to prepare meals at home.

Step outside to the private courtyard, where a compact outdoor setting and electric BBQ create a laid-back space for evening drinks or summer dining. It’s a quiet, sheltered spot to enjoy fresh air without leaving home.

Both bedrooms feature queen beds with soft linens and ceiling fans for added comfort. The main bedroom includes a built-in robe and a cosy reading chair, while the second bedroom offers a simple, restful setting with hanging space for your belongings. The bathroom includes both a shower and bath, along with a vanity and toilet, while an internal laundry with a washer and dryer adds everyday convenience.

With WiFi, keyless entry and thoughtful essentials throughout, the home is set up for an easy, comfortable stay. Parking is available on the driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
