This apartment makes a statement from the moment you step inside. Large graffiti murals stretch across the walls, with vibrant splashes of colour and bold artistic details creating a space that feels creative, playful and completely unique.
Designed for relaxed downtime, the living area features comfortable sofas and armchairs that invite you to settle in for a movie or unwind after a day exploring the city. Street-art murals surrounding the space add energy and personality. A fully equipped kitchen supports everyday cooking with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Start the morning with coffee from the Nespresso machine before heading out. A dining table for six creates an easy setting for shared meals, takeaway dinners or planning the next dayâs adventures.
All three bedrooms feature queen beds with soft linens and calming lighting, creating comfortable places to rest after a busy day in the city. Each bedroom also includes its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for groups travelling together. The loft-style bedroom overlooks the living area below, adding an architectural element that enhances the apartmentâs open and creative feel. Curtains can be drawn for privacy, though there are no doors enclosing this space.
Practical features make the apartment easy to settle into, including split-system heating and cooling in the living area and first bedroom, in-apartment laundry, and a dedicated workspace with an Apple Mac computer for guests needing to check in on work during their stay. Off-street parking is available on site for one vehicle.
Please note the loft bedroom includes a balcony balustrade overlooking the living area, so guests should take care when children are present.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
