Any booking extensions must be requested by 4 PM the day before checkout. Late requests may incur a cleaning cancellation fee.
Guests are required to complete a guest registration form, including providing a valid photo ID and card, before key instructions are sent.
A pre-authorisation hold of $750 will be placed on your card at check-in. This is automatically released after your departure, provided the property is left in good condition.
A 1.5% card surcharge applies to all payments.
Guests are liable for any damages that occur during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
To ensure a smooth arrival:
The registration form must be completed before the end of office hours on the day of arrival.
Check-in should be completed by 8:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been approved by our team.
Failure to submit required information or arrive within the designated check-in window may result in delays or an inability to access the property.
For after-hours check-in requests, please contact us in advance to arrange approval.
