This welcoming home blends relaxed interiors with thoughtful touches, creating a comfortable base for both work and leisure. The living area offers a cosy place to unwind, with comfortable seating centred around the fireplace and TV—ideal for slow evenings in. Nearby, the dining area encourages easy shared meals and conversation, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for catching up on emails or taking calls.

The kitchen is set up for effortless everyday cooking, featuring modern appliances, generous bench space, and a breakfast bar for casual dining. Outdoors, the private backyard invites you to slow down, with a covered verandah for alfresco meals and lounge seating, as well as a quiet garden nook beneath the trees—perfect for a morning coffee or evening wind-down.

Each of the three bedrooms is designed for restful nights, with queen beds, ceiling fans, and storage to support longer stays. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and vanity, offering a clean and functional space to refresh. At the rear, a practical mudroom connects to the laundry, complete with a washer, dryer, and separate toilet for added everyday convenience.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
