Natural light filters through large windows, while leafy outlooks add a quiet sense of privacy despite the city-edge location. The living area is designed for comfortable downtime, with a generous sofa and armchair positioned for easy conversation or a relaxed evening in front of the Smart TV. Tucked neatly beneath the staircase, a compact study nook provides a quiet place to catch up on work or plan the day’s adventures.

The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, connecting easily with both the dining and living spaces. Fully equipped with an oven, cooktop, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, it makes preparing meals simple whether you`re cooking dinner or enjoying a slow breakfast indoors. The dining table offers a welcoming setting for shared meals and conversation. Outside, the private courtyard provides a quiet outdoor escape with seating and a Weber BBQ for relaxed afternoons or casual evening grilling.

Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms offer king beds dressed in soft linens, walk-in robes and large windows overlooking surrounding trees. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom — one with a walk-in shower and the other with a shower and bathtub combination.

A separate laundry with a washing machine, drying rack and ironing facilities is available for longer stays, along with a convenient ground-floor powder room. Off-street parking for one vehicle is also provided. Heating and cooling ensure your year-round comfort.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

The owner’s car is stored in the garage; however, there is still space for one additional vehicle.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
