Living Spaces:

Inside, Hygge House comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, with 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1 (Master): Features 1 Queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Can be set up as either 2 king singles or a king bed, providing flexibility for your needs.

• Bedroom 3: Includes 1 Queen bed.



A portable cot is also available upon request.



Each room is filled with the finest quality pieces of decor, ensuring a cozy, comfortable, and stylish stay.



Downstairs, you’ll find an open-plan living area, including a spacious lounge room with ample seating for 6 and a smart TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end BOSH appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The formal dining area accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for shared meals. The laundry, tucked away behind bi-fold doors for convenience, includes a Fisher & Paykel washing machine and dryer.



Coffee Station:

Located in the open-plan living area, the coffee station is perfect for coffee enthusiasts. The home features a Delonghi pod coffee machine with a milk frother, ideal for making your favorite brew. Coffee pods are complimentary during your stay.



The Front Yard:

The front yard features a fun putt-putt area, perfect for a game with family or friends.



The Backyard:

Relax and entertain in the spacious backyard. It includes a large undercover pergola, BBQ, and a range of outdoor seating and dining options. There’s also a nature play area for the kids to enjoy.



Beach Access & Local Attractions:

Just down the road, you have convenient access to drive onto the beach, offering a perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets from the comfort of your car.



Hygge House is also located just a short drive from some of the area’s top attractions, including the famous Star of Greece and the brand-new Silver Sands Beach Club. A variety of excellent food options are nearby, making it the perfect base for food lovers and beach enthusiasts alike.
