Unwind by the charm of a crackling fireplace in the evenings, making lasting memories amidst South Australia's natural wonders.
Our farm house has five guest bedrooms with a queen bed, four of the bedrooms have their own well appointed en-suite bathrooms, fitted with toilet, shower and vanity, as well as plenty of hanging space for your essentials.
Large tastefully decorated kitchen, dining lounge, perfect place to entertain.
Driving around the Condor Estate is one of the best ways as it is 45mins drive from Adelaide City and the airport. You can also bring your bikes and cycle to explore the McLaren Vale and Fleurieu Coast.
Pet is allowed upon request. There is a pet fee and deposit.

Booking and Occupancy Policy | Please read prior to your booking
Our property is priced the same for 1â4 guests.
For any additional guests beyond 4, an extra charge of AUD 80 per guest, per night applies.
The maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Bedroom access is allocated strictly based on the number of guests confirmed in the reservation:
âȘïž1â4 guests: Bedrooms 1 and 2 will be opened by default
âȘïž5â6 guests: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 will be opened
âȘïž7â8 guests: Bedrooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be opened
âȘïž9â10 guests: All bedrooms will be opened
All Bedrooms 1â4 are equipped with private ensuites.
In addition, the common areas include 1.5 shared bathrooms.
Please ensure the correct number of guests is declared at the time of booking. Bedroom access and pricing are strictly based on the confirmed guest count, and access to additional bedrooms without prior approval is not permitted.
âą We kindly request that you respect our property and leave it in a clean condition upon your departure. Please do not move any furniture, and report any damages that occur during your stay.
âą Please note that an additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is excessively dirty or messy upon checkout.
âą We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming strongly scented foods, such as durian or curry, inside the room. This helps us maintain a pleasant environment for all our guests.
âą Please maintain low noise levels between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. and refrain from creating any disruptive noise.
âą Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $200 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any evidence of smoking.
âą No parties or events on the premises. If such activities are reported during your stay, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and a charge of $300 will apply for any evidence of such gatherings.
âą We kindly remind our guests that pets are not permitted in our guesthouse. This policy helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our visitors.
âą If you find yourself locked out and require assistance from the manager, a $80 fee will be applicable before 10 p.m, and a $150 fee will be applicable affer 10 p.m.
âą In case of a lost key, a $80 fee will be incurred for key replacement.
âą The use of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden on the property. Any violations will result in immediate contact with the authorities. Violation of this rule will result in termination of your occupancy, eviction, and forfeiture of rental fees.
âą Please be aware that access to the facilities in the building cannot be guaranteed, as maintenance will be conducted occasionally. We kindly ask that you adhere to the rules and available times posted on-site. Thank you for your cooperation.
