The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtimes effortless, with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and handy extras like a kettle, toaster and cooking essentials. The breakfast bar offers a relaxed spot for quick bites, while the six-seater dining table sets the scene for shared meals and conversation. Step outside to your oversized balcony, a private haven with sweeping city-to-hill views. Fire up the BBQ for alfresco dining, then unwind on the outdoor lounge with a nightcap as the skyline lights up around you.
Tucked quietly down the hallway, three stylish bedrooms offer a restful retreat. The primary suite features a king bed and direct access to the balcony. Its private ensuite includes a walk-in rain shower, deep soaking tub and premium amenities for a spa-like experience. The second bedroom offers a chic queen bed and soft lighting, while the third includes two single bedsâideal for friends or little ones. A main bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity is paired with a discreet laundry nook featuring a washer, dryer and sink.
Central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. Secure parking is available for one small vehicle (height restriction of 2120mm).
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
