Just minutes from the famous Maslin Beach coastline and the lush McLaren Vale wine region, this architecturally designed tiny home is packed with charm. Enjoy sun-drenched interiors, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dreamy outdoor tub and a lush garden with hammock and alfresco dining. Tucked away in nature, you’ll feel miles from everything—yet close to all the best bits of the Fleurieu.
This enchanting retreat houses 2 loft-style bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom and an airy, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Thoughtfully styled with retro touches and natural materials, the home is fitted with split-system air conditioning, WiFi, and a laundry. With every inch designed to make your stay easy and inspiring, it’s a peaceful hideaway that’s big on beauty and small on stress.
Step onto the wide timber deck and into the heart of the home—where warm wood accents and curated décor welcome you in. The living area is as cosy as it is stylish, featuring a soft grey tufted sofa, wall-mounted TV, vintage radio, and calming macramé curtains. Sunlight streams in through glass doors that frame the beautiful outdoors, inviting you to unwind with a book or cup of tea, just like home.
Adjacent to the living area is a sleek, light-filled kitchen, lined with timber benchtops, a gas stove, oven, and open shelving stocked with essentials. Sit at the breakfast bar and gaze out over the rolling paddocks, or prep dinner while the sun sets behind the trees. The kitchen’s clever layout provides all you need, with plenty of storage tucked beneath the stairwell.
A short climb via the timber stairs or ladder leads to two inviting lofts. One loft houses a plush queen bed nestled beneath a timber ceiling, with windows on both sides to let in the morning light. The second loft features two comfortable single beds—perfect for kids or friends—with blackout curtains for a restful sleep. Both lofts are bright and calming, offering elevated views of the surrounding bushland.
The bathroom is bright and beautifully appointed with clean white walls, a glass-enclosed shower, stylish timber vanity, and a washer/dryer combination tucked neatly under the bench. There’s plenty of space to freshen up and take care of laundry if needed.

A vibrant outdoor bathtub hand-painted with florals sits beneath a rustic timber wall and mirror, creating a truly unique and Insta-worthy soaking experience. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
