The living area is designed for downtime, with a plush chaise lounge, armchair and smart TV creating the perfect setting to unwind after a day exploring the city. Reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures comfort in the living area.
The kitchenette has everything needed for cooking at home, with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave and coffee machine among the thoughtful inclusions, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Pull up a chair at the four-seater dining table for an intimate meal, or take it outside to the private balcony where the alfresco setting and bench seating invite you to linger a little longer over the city views below.
The bedroom has been curated for comfort, featuring a king-sized bed with crisp linens, bedside lighting and a built-in robe for easy storage. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, vanity, toilet and hair dryer, offering a clean and functional space to refresh each day. Tucked away, the hidden laundry includes a washing machine, ironing facilities and essentials for longer visits.
Extending the sense of retreat, shared access to the building`s pool, hot tub, and sauna provides the perfect way to recharge, all subject to building operating hours. While the apartment does not include a dedicated parking space, paid parking is available along Morphett Street and the surrounding areas on a first-come, first-served basis.
A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.
Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
If you want to leave your luggage before checking in or after you check out, there are affordable luggage services with Stasher. We will provide you with a link once reserved. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24-hour storage, fully insured.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
