Dimora Campo delle Mura is a renovated farmhouse located in a panoramic position between Acquaviva Picena and Monteprandone, with views that extend from the Adriatic coast to the Apennines. This country house combines original charm with contemporary style. Neutral tones, period furniture and exposed wooden beams in the interiors harmonize with the landscape of hills, vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. The outdoor spaces, equipped for relaxation and conviviality, include a terrace with a wood oven, built-in barbecue and dining area. A pool with sea and mountain views completes the picture. A short distance from the village of Acquaviva Picena and only a 10-minute drive from the coast, the villa offers a scenic setting close to the beaches and historic villages of southern Marche.

Interiors:
The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance to the open space living area with living room, dining area and kitchen; French windows with direct access to the garden and outdoor terrace for outdoor dining. A retractable steel staircase leads to a small mezzanine-studio furnished with period furniture. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom with joinable beds; a small loft accessible via a stepladder, with two single beds. The floor is completed by a second bathroom with shower and a laundry area. The two main bedrooms have French windows that open directly onto the garden. Air conditioning in the rooms.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by completely fenced private land of about 4000 square meters, located between Acquaviva Picena and Monteprandone. The garden is planted with cherries, hazel trees, peach trees, olive trees, oaks, aromatic shrubs and flowering plants. A natural well feeds the automatic irrigation system. In front of the kitchen is a terrace with a wood oven, built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area. Two parking spaces are located near the main gate, while a second gated entrance offers additional parking for up to four cars. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located next to the villa and has a panoramic view of the hills, the Adriatic Sea and the Apennines mountains. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.35 m; access is via a five-step staircase; it is covered in PVC and has chlorine purification. The surrounding solarium is partly paved and partly lawn, and is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The area is equipped with indoor and outdoor lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
