Guests receive a unique entry code for the electronic door lock prior to arrival. For stays of one month or longer, fingerprint access can be activated for added convenience and a seamless, hotel-style experience.

Once your booking is confirmed, we kindly request that you provide your passport details for each guest (sent in your confirmation email) to ensure a smooth check-in process and fulfil our obligations with the Tourism Authority.

- Notifying building security to grant apartment access
- Registering your stay with the Tourism Authorities

Please note, the cleaning fees outlined in the price breakdown cover check-out cleaning only. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, feel free to contact us for pricing and availability.

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged at AED 600 per hour.

Please also ensure that the access cards are returned in good condition. A replacement fee of AED 800 per card will apply if an access card is lost.
