Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and charged at AED 600 per hour.

Please also ensure that the access cards are returned in good condition. A replacement fee of AED 800 per card will apply if an access card is lost.

Les points forts : Propreté
Property is exactly as on fotos. staff on the reception is very polite. But all windows are facing noisy 24 hour construction, cars with concrete come every hour all the night beeping and chugging. In one bedroom windows don’t stop the sound at all. Host just told that he can’t do anything and it is ok and i should look photos where i can see construction.Host is rather strict and don’t do any favour about check out even at 12. Check rates for tax inclusivity (5% could be added)
