The apartment is located on the 9th floor and provides stunning unobstructed panoramic views with no other property overlooking the apartment. As well as the views, the sunset is stunning and on a clear day you can even see the buildings on Al Reem Island.

During Formula 1, you can see a glimpse of the race track and hear the F1 cars from the balcony.

We also provide all dinnerware which includes, all plates, cutlery, bowls, glasses (including wine glasses), mugs and coffee cups, furthermore we provide 3 sets of children’s dinnerware. We care about all the details, as an example we supply high-quality stainless-steel pots and pans which are non-toxic. We also include pre-made ice cubes in the freezer along with chilled water in the fridge.

The sofa is a custom-made sofa that provides a modern and stylist look whilst providing comfort for sleeping. The sofa bed is always made with a mattress topper. The sofa bed comfortably accommodates two adults to sleep (the sofa is 2.8m x 2m). For comfortable sleep, there are blackout curtains. We care about all the details; to provide the best quality living and sleep we have added a snake plant which is the best natural air purifier.

Our bedding is premium high quality, 100% cotton, the mattress is a premium quality mattress carefully selected to ensure your comfort. In addition, we provide four pillows, two hard pillows and two soft pillows. For comfortable sleep, there are blackout curtains. The dressing table comes with stunning LED lighting, beautifully design bedside lamps hanging down from the ceiling. We care about all the details; to provide the best quality sleep we have added snake plants which emits oxygen at night that helps you sleep better; this is the best natural air purifier.
