Wonderful place for us to celebrate our ACU graduates! We would definitely recommend staying here; close to ACU campus.Kauai paid close attention to decorating and making us feel at home-even had a Christmas tree and decorations to make our stay even more festive

A very nice place to stay. We visited our HSU granddaughter due to a special event. Three generations of our family stayed here. It provided a homey comfortable environment for us to spend time together. The ladies loved the dĂ©cor and used the word “cute.” We will definitely look for this place if we come back in the future.

The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The house was much larger than we could have even imagined! Each bedroom was roomy. Common areas were also perfectly comfortable for us. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to cook for my family while staying in Abilene for an entire week (pots, pans, Pyrex baking dishes, mixing bowl, measuring cups, pot holders and oven mits, crock pot, plenty of utensils and dishes, etc. etc.). If we ever have a reason to be back in Abilene, I would stay here again. And if you have never been to Abilene (it was our first time), we found the town to be friendly, charming and fun! We may have to go back just to experience the things that we didn't have time for during this trip (we were there for 11 days)!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious, very comfortable, and had everything we needed, which made it perfect for our group. The large backyard was a great bonus, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. Our host, Kauai, was attentive and always available, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much that we are already planning to spend the holiday season here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

This was a great house and experience. Very close to ACU and also only a 7 minute drive to HSU. Check in was a breeze and house was very clean and updated. We only needed it for 2 people, but it would easily accommodate a large group. We felt very safe during our stay- felt right at home. The host was very quick to reply when needed. I plan to stay again as we travel back and forth to Abilene to visit our daughter in college.

Absolutely LOVELY home!

This home was close to everything! The description posted was accurate and the photos are exactly what you see when you arrive. Every thought was considered. We were there for a horse show so coming in close to midnight and leaving often before sunrise, I appreciated the ease of check in and even better the thoughtful check out instructions. Sometimes check out instructions can be laborious. This was easy and took literally seconds. The host was in constant contact and checked to ensure all was well before, during and after our stay. I appreciate the attentiveness. I knew if something went awry, a simple message would be all that was needed. Everything went smoothly and as planned.This home definitely warrants the designation of "check here first before looking elsewhere" when visiting Abilene. Thanks!!

Needs better management

Definitely not up to the cleanliness I expected from previous reviews. The washer and dryer were full of towels from previous guests some wet and dirty. The floors had not been cleaned at all since the previous renters. There was not a stock of toilet paper in the house. I would not stay there again.

We stayed with another family while we visited Abilene for CALF. Inside is so cute, update and spacious. The beds are comfy cozy. The bedroom with the mini split ac unit was so cozy and perfect for the kids to sleep and play. Checking in and out was so easy!

Great place to stay in Abilene

My family and I were in town for graduation and this house was perfect for us! It was so cute inside and the few issues we had were resolved very quickly. The Christmas decorations were an added touch to make the house feel more festive. Overall excellent stay and location. We will certainly be looking into this house if we ever find ourselves back in Abilene.
