On the edge of the small village of Grosmont, Little Manor offers a peaceful base from which to enjoy the borderlands of Herefordshire and Monmouthshire. Surrounded by gentle hills and open countryside, this Grade II*-listed Jacobean farmhouse, built in 1673, combines traditional character with modern comfort.
Inside, original beams, polished wooden floors and an impressive inglenook fireplace give a sense of the houseâs history, while thoughtful updates ensure it works well for groups and families. A spacious kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setting for sociable mealtimes, while the living room features an open fireplace for cosy evenings in. Thereâs also a snooker room with a woodburner and a dedicated playroom for younger guests.
The five bedrooms are spread across different floors, each with its own style and features. From a four-poster bed to a copper roll-top Jacuzzi bath in the loft suite, the layout allows for both privacy and flexibility, whether you're travelling with friends or extended family.
Outside, a private garden looks out over the surrounding hills, with space to dine outdoors in warmer months. Grosmontâs locally renowned pub and castle are a short walk away, and the Brecon Beacons, Wye Valley and a number of historic market towns are within easy reach for day trips and walking routes.
