The Space:
This apartment on WallstraĂe 70 comfortably accommodates up to six guests across two levels â combining style, comfort and practicality.
The heart of the apartment is the open living and dining area, featuring a cosy sofa bed for two and a dining table. Just above sits a charming loft level with a double bed (160x200cm) â perfect for kids or those who love a bit of adventure. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge and everything you need.
A separate WC and a full bathroom with both shower and bathtub ensure comfort even for larger groups.
The rear bedroom is a true retreat: warm wooden panelling, soft lighting and a queen-size double bed create a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated desk, it also works perfectly for business travellers.
Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is fully keyless â no physical key needed, giving you complete flexibility for your arrival.
After completing the online check-in, you will receive your personal six-digit PIN code. At the entrance you will find a black keypad: simply enter your code, wait a moment, and the Nuki Smart Lock will automatically unlock the door for you.
From the regular check-in time of 3:00 PM onwards, you are free to come and go as you please â no need to wait for us or coordinate your arrival time. The door can be locked from the inside with the press of a button, so you can feel completely at home and secure.
The Neighborhood:
WallstraĂe is perfectly located between Aachen's main train station and the historic old town â right in the heart of the city, yet away from the noise.
The main train station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for travellers arriving by train or bus. The city center with its cafés, restaurants and shops is about 10 minutes on foot. Iconic landmarks like the Aachen Cathedral (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and the Elisenbrunnen fountain are easily reachable on foot.
Everything you need day-to-day is close by: REWE supermarket at the old Posthof (open until midnight) is just 5 minutes away, and a DM drugstore at the train station is open even on Sundays. For dining, we recommend the nearby Pizzeria Vabene, the excellent AKL for Lebanese cuisine in the old town, or DayDu on KleinmaschierstraĂe for Asian food. The Cineplex Aachen cinema at Posthof is also just around the corner.
Travelling by car? The APAG Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof and CONTIPARK Parkhaus LothringerstraĂe are both within walking distance. Street parking is free at night (from 9 PM) and on Sundays.
Getting Around:
Getting around Aachen from here couldn't be easier.
On foot: The city center is right at your doorstep. The Elisenbrunnen fountain is about a 10-minute walk, and the iconic Aachen Cathedral is roughly 12â15 minutes away. Most restaurants, shops and sights are easily reachable without any transport.
Bus: The WallstraĂe bus stop (ASEAG city bus) is right outside, connecting you to all parts of the city. The Alter Posthof stop is also just a few minutes' walk away.
Train: Aachen Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) is only a 5-minute walk. It's a major transport hub with frequent regional and long-distance trains: regional lines RE 1, RE 9, S 41 and more, plus ICE/IC high-speed trains to Cologne (~45 min), Frankfurt (~3h) and Brussels (~2h). International Eurostar services also stop here â making this a great base for day trips or onward travel across Europe.
By car: Parking garages nearby: APAG Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof & CONTIPARK LothringerstraĂe. Street parking is free from 9 PM and all day Sunday.
