Whether you're exploring the area on foot or by bike, fishing in one of the sheltered nearby bays or sandcastle building at Scourie Bay (6 miles) you'll feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life making this location ideal for relaxing family get-togethers. There's even fishing for four rods on local mapped hill lochs included, so any anglers among you can try their hand at catching some supper.

Bright and spacious rooms, a woodburner will all be waiting for you when you return from a day out. Both lounges have woodburners so they are ideal to gather around for tea and board games after a day exploring the Highlands. In the kitchen, ample seating at a breakfast bar means someone can join you whilst you cook up a feast and listen to some music on the iPod dock. A double oven and five ring hob, mean there's plenty of room for preparing large meals for the whole family. Tuck in around the table in comfortable dining room, before plonking down for a well-earned night in front of the TV. Alternatively, the sunroom makes the ideal spot for after-dinner drinks overlooking the river. Downstairs, you will find a comfy king-size bedroom, nursery with cot and one twin bedroom, one shower room and WC and a separate WC. Up on the first floor, you'll find another king-size bedroom with dressing room and sofa bed, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom, all beautifully furnished to make your stay a comfortable one. There is also two bathrooms one with shower over bath and WC.

Stepping outside, the enclosed garden boasts a large grassy lawn and spectacular views. Picnic out here on sunny afternoons and enjoy the sounds of the river running past at the bottom of the garden.
