Nice cozy home in Washington

We enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and cute. Location is great for us since our daughter lives in the neighborhood. House is well stocked and the hot tub is a nice bonus! Would stay here again

Comfortable place

We enjoyed our stay here. House was comfortable. Went biking on the river bike path system just a quarter mile away. Hiked at red cliffs in leeds about 10 min drive away, and snow canyon 15-20 min away. And went to zion about 40 miles. The awning in back was a great place to hang out in the evening.

Overall great!

This home was a pleasant surprise. We didn't need anything fancy for our short stay in the area and this house was so close to where we needed to be. The pictures don't do it justice! My expectations were blown out of the water when we arrived. It's a cute home and so so clean. Adorable back yard with play set and hot tub.We stayed here for two nights between long work days, and it was the best place for us to rest and enjoy our downtime.The hosts are amazing with great communication and care for their guests. We thought we might have to reschedule due to weather preventing us from leaving our home state and the host was so gracious with our *up in the air* plans. I also appreciate a HOUSE in this area when most short-term rentals are townhouses. This being a standalone house makes it one of my favorite places I've stayed in the St. George/Washington/Hurricane area. Highly, highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation home

The home was very clean, well stocked, with comfortable beds, lots of extra touches to make us feel welcome. The hot tub was relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring. Great location akd pet friendly. Communication with hosts was great too. Definitely recommended!

The Palmers

This property is PERFECT for families with pets. It has a completely fenced-in back yard that includes quite a bit of grass and play area. There is also a really nice dog park around the block. The house is exactly as advertised & in a great location.

Spacious!...

The house and yard were spacious. Tub was great. Plenty of parking. Fire pit was nice. Great view, great for dogs. The Central Air rocked! Great Location. BBQ was nice, needs grill utensils. Playground play at your own risk it's old wood. All in all I would stay here again!

Moms 88 birthday celebration

Had a great time just missing a few items in the kitchen, no pitcher , casserole dish, blender and extra paper towel would of also been nice ,coffee bar was a added touch. Overall mom had a fantastic birthday. Hot tub was great, should list there is a fire pit, would have been more prepared.

Overall, it was ok. Advertised backyard with trampoline and safety netting around it. No trampoline! Kids disappointed! Grass very long. Should have been cut to play games in it! BBQ grill very dirty and old! Master bathroom sink faucet hardly worked...needs replacement. No broom or dustmop to sweep floor.

Gateway to Virgin River

Nice home with spacious rooms! I met my parents for Easter, they are in SLC & I from San Diego, for holiday & lots of bike riding. There are bountiful biking trails easy access from the home. Only a short drive to Snow Canyon for scenic cycling in red rock beauty. The home has a large garage, big driveway, & well landscape yards. The back yard is fully fenced in. The hot tub is maintained & nice after a good day exploring. The kitchen is clean & organized. Great place to stay & I highly recommend it!

Great dog friendly house in good central location.

Washington is a nice central location for those looking to do all the activities! National parks are close, St. George is an easy quick trip, golf courses near by, atving is close! This house is on a busier street, but it’s not terrible. It’s easy to get to and has plenty parking. Nice sized house with a nice patio in a fenced in backyard, our dogs loved it!

Excellent base for Parks

This home was an excellent base for our family of 4 as we visited Zion and Bryce. We chose it for the hot tub which did not disappoint! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Our dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed relaxing on the back porch and on the comfy couch in the evenings. Thanks for a great trip!
