Personnel très avenant et sympathique. On nous a surclassé sur une chambre avec vue mer 🙏 Nous n avons pas pu tester la piscine car il faisait mauvais . La salle déjeuner avec vue sur la mer est sympa

Acceuil plutôt froid. Déjeuner ok. Lit très dur. Très belle vue. Dans le semble plutôt bien.

Air conditioner never worked even after informing the front desk. They did absolutely to remedy the issue! Never offered to move me to another room or even discount the room rate as a concession for poor service. Additionally, I asked for a ride to be arranged to cruise port. Reluctantly arrangements were made for 10:25a for set price, but driver arrived at 10:45a in which there were other folks were going and I was late to the port, plus I was force to pay full price. They treated me poorly. It was a terrible experience!!!

The staff were extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was nice and had a great view of the sea.

The staff was indifferent and the town did not like non Italian visitors. Nothing worked properly at the hotel. Internet was bad,the hotel could not accept credit cards they claimed their system was not working. This hotel is only for cruise crew before they board a ship, not tourists. Please do not stay here. It was a nightmare for us to reach the cruise shipvia taxi.

I paid for a room with two balconies of sea view and did not get it and the shower was mildewy and not clean. The hotel needs updating and the elevator is for one person! I will not stay there again nor suggest anyone else to stay there.
