Nos six villas uniques sont situées sur une plage de sable blanc immaculée, ombragée par des palmiers majestueux, chacune avec des portes fenêtres qui s'ouvrent directement sur la piscine privée et le jacuzzi, sans oublier la vue imprenable et la brise.

Coral Bay Villas est un petit complexe paisible qui accueille les clients de plus de dix-huit ans. We enjoyed our stay at Corral Bay. We had airline delays due to weather and arrived a few days late. The staff helped change flights etc…. It was a great vacation.

Wonderful trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at coral bay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was clean and as expected. The AC struggled to cool the place but chalk that up to me being spoiled. San Pedro is beautiful and we hope to come back for more diving.

Beautiful 5-day couples vacay

Coral Bay was better than it appeared online because of the wonderfully helpful but nonintrusive staff! Also I loved walking just feet from the property to the sea for daily sunrise walks. The small number of units just far enough away from the hustle and bustle made me feel remote, but still connected. We will be back for a longer trip next time, for sure!

This was a great stay. Miriam and Freddy went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The property is very well maintained and secure. There was a security patrol nightly, and, presumably during the day as well, but we were off on daily excursion so not around to confirm. The only suggestion we might have is to add an air conditioning unit to the living room. Currently, only the bedroom has AC.

Coral Bay Villas-Pineapple Suite

This beautiful Adults Only property is about 1 mile from town and the airport. We loved our unit, which was clean and comfortable. The Staff of Karina,Freddy,and Oscar were warm, welcoming, and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub and the unobstructed view of the Belizean Coral Reef. The sunrises were beautiful every morning. There are a few bars and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay again and recommend this to friends and family.

Reality exceeds fantasy

Coral Bay Villas offer a wonderful adult only, extremely clean and super convenient home away from home on Ambergris Caye. With larger resorts and San Pedro within easy walking distance, the Villas are a great place to relax, enjoy the pool with easy access to the Caribbean in between partaking all that Belize has to offer. The on site staff, Freddie and Karina, went out of their way to be helpful. Definitely a hidden gem!

Beautiful view, tranquil setting

We had a lovely stay at Coral Bay Villas. Freddy and office person (sorry we can’t remember your name right now) were so friendly during our check in. Property is fantastic and just as pictured. Comfortable bed. Nice pool, hot tub, and lounge chairs. Nice to have a kitchen and AC. Love the location- easy to get to town but calm setting. Water pressure in shower is low but we were told that’s true everywhere. Construction going on next door to property and we happened to be there on very loud days. This is temporary. We would certainly return.

Relaxing Vacation

We had such a relaxing vacation in the Pineapple Suite at Coral Bay Villas! The condo was just as described and the unit was spotless! All of the staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay - they are definitely what makes Coral Bay Villas so special! We had such a great time and had wonderful neighbours Sarah and Jeff who provided us with lots of great tour and food recommendations ! If you’re planning a trip to San Pedro and want to truly experience the island then this is the only place to stay. Thank you to Simon the property manager who made the booking process very easy and was always available to answer any questions. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings sitting out on the patio as it’s such a pretty spot but would suggest more comfortable patio furniture - this isn’t a complaint - just our preference. Thanks so much for everything- we hope to return!

We were even given a cell phone to make local calls if needed. That's wonderful when our plan charges for calls make outside the US. Very thoughtful. The location is perfect.

Amazing Stay at Coral Bay Villas

For us, the pool was key to enjoying the property as much as we did since the only AC is in the bedroom. The staff was amazing, they arranged our flight from Belize City and they made sure our golf cart was waiting for us. They also helped with recommendations for anything we wanted to do on the island. In addition Karina and Freddy were there every day taking care of the property and offering any assistance we needed. Oscar was on property every night providing security and peace of mind for us. We would highly recommend this property and we will definitely stay here when we come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy our stay at Coral Bay. Miriam and Freddy were great, always responsive to what we needed. However, the suite had some issues. The refrigerator was not cooling, Freddy was quick to call a repair person, who determined it had to be defrosted. We had already lost some dairy due to the cooling issue. We had to purchase a large ice chest and several bags of ice to keep items cold. A few days into our stay, we noticed water below the water heater. Again Freddy was quick to get someone out, and the water heater had to be replaced which took the better part of a day. The suite could use some updates.

Another Fantastic Stay At Coral Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another phenomenal stay at Coral Bay Villas. This trip my family was with me. We rented all 6 of the available condos. The balcony of the condo at Coral Bay Villas has become my Happy Place as I watch the changing turquoise colors of The Caribbean with waves breaking over the reef. Coral Bay is far enough away from the noise of town yet a close 15 – 20-minute walk down the beach into the heart of San Pedro. You can walk down the beach to many great restaurants and bars. Or you can rent a golf cart and explore the island. I always rent a golf cart especially to get to Secret Beach.Several members of my family were with me 3 years ago at Coral bay. For others this was their first time on La Isla Bonita. For me personally staying at Coral bay is more like visiting out of town family. Especially the way Elsa, Freddy, and Oscar are always there to make sure our stay is beyond fantastic! Elsa and Freddy go out of their way to make sure your stay at Coral Bay will be something in your book of memories you look back on with smiles for years to come. There are fancier places to stay on San Pedro. There are more expensive places, less expensive places to stay. For me there is only one place to stay. Can’t wait to return and visit with “my Belizean family” again.Ron

It is a rocky shore and access to the water is difficult at best. There was also 25 feet of thick seaweed floating up to the shore making access to the water impossible anyway. Other places had people clearing the seaweed but not at Coral Bay. Finally, power outages were common which meant no air conditioning or cooking. We had 5 in the first 2 days that lasted from 1 to 4 hours and then on the 4th day power was out from 9:30 am to 1 am the next day. When it was working the bedroom was the only room that had A/C. We had to eat most meals out because we never knew if the power would stay on long enough to cook a meal. An expense we didn't plan on having. The locals said power outages are common. They should have a generator like some other places do. The only bright spot was Freddie, the property manager, he tried very hard to be as helpful as possible, i.e. arranged for a golf rental (the main mode of transportation) and other things. All in all, not a good experience and we would not return. We were told the unit we rented had been for sale for a long time, not surprising.
