- One full propane tank is provided for the gas fireplace and additional refill can be purchased
- Luxekey requires a mid-stay cleaning for any reservation over 14 days

- Pets allowed and must be approved prior to arrival with a $100 per pet cleaning fee and a deposit of $300.

- Parties, events, or any other activity that disturbs the peace and enjoyment of neighboring properties are strictly prohibited.
