Maison parfaite pour séjour à Disney
Publié le 28 août 2018 sur HotelsLa maison était impeccable, très grande et confortable. L’espace piscine aussi bien entretenu, personnel acceuillant.
Frais additonnels pour le ménage et resort fee à ajouter par dessus le tarif hotel.com mais malgré tout, pour nous en valait la peine.
À 20-25 minutes des parcs de Disney, il vous faut une voiture. Épicerie et restos juste tout près.

It was very clean, and we had all the supplies we needed. However, what I didn't like is that a television in one bedroom didn't work because it needed a cable adapter, and the tv's in the other rooms did work, but the channels were very limited. Also the blinds on most of the windows couldn't be opened with the chords, and the sliding glass door's blind were taped together, so they couldn't be opened.

Everything was great. Beds were just a little bit uncomfortable but overall a 10!

Fav Place to Stay in Orlando

Only thing is, I put in a work order for the dryer, that wasn’t working the night I arrived, and it was never worked on during my stay. Other than that, I love the cleanliness, the environment, the freedom to visit to Tuscana resort pool area as well. I love it here!

3 bathrooms was convenient. Kitchen very functional. Dryer did not work and was not repaired during the week. Sofas were torn and not inviting to sit on them. We covered them with blankets.

I loved the property. It was clean, quiet and safe. I loved the pool area and so did my family.

Horrible Communication and Check In
Publié le 13 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayI travel for work quite a bit and this check in process was so confusing. I messaged the “owner” for the access code, but nobody got back to me. When the check in time came and we still didn’t have the access code, I called VRBO for help since they “guarantee” your stay. After 2 hours on the phone with VRBO we still didn’t know the access code.
We came to find out if you must check in at the front desk of the condo/townhouse association.
Absolute lack of communication between VRBO and the owner.
