Family vacation

We were in the area for vacation and volleyball tournament. This condo was beautiful and perfect for us! Very quiet and relaxing! We loved the balcony and view from the condo. Also loved going to the lazy river.

Everything was as pictured. We noticed the condo was extremely clean when we came in. We had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The response time by management was within minutes, which was very helpful. The only issue was the Internet connection was inconsistent.

First time.

All was as expected. This was our first time away from home during an Ohio winter. Had to call maintenance over an AC clog and small ants but was handled promptly. Received an email about damage done and was blindsided because I was not aware of any. Came to find out it was caused by guests that stayed with us. Very disappointing. I apologized to the management company and will pay charges.

Vacation

The place was nice and quiet! My boyfriend and I enjoyed the pool, lazy river and the tiki bar. It was overall a very great place to stay. Our next vacation to Florida we will definitely choose to stay here again!

Clean Modern Condo

My husband and I stayed here and were pleased with the cleanliness of this condo. The location was great and the manager was quick to respond to any questions. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. My only comment is the bed in the master bedroom is very soft and could be replaced (in our opinion). Even with that said, we would definitely stay here again. Bonus also, it is pet friendly but you’d never be able to tell any pets have even been here before!

Christmas in Orlando

Very nice condo and location. I love the Storey Lake community and always stay here. The only recommendation I have is to have extra eating ware besides the china. The table setting was pretty but we had two 4 year olds so I was always nervous and hoping nothing would get broken.

Beautiful condo, as described

The condo and property were lovely. The main bedroom mattress is extremely soft and could pose an issue for guests with back problems. Other than that, we loved it.

Great property (except for entrance gates)

We had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. I saw some reviews complain about the temperature but AC worked fine for us. The only complain I have is the system to enter the property through the gates. In the evening long lines would form for whatever reason and cars were very slow to go through the gate. One evening we waited over 20 minutes and had to turn around and go to the other end of the property (10 min detour) where one gate was missing and it was possible to enter.
