The downstairs bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a cozy queen bed, a 32" LED TV, a closet, and a private entry into the bathroom, making it easily accessible for those who prefer not to use stairs.

In the living room, you'll find a 47" smart TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, including a microwave oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker. We provide dinnerware and cookware, allowing you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. For added convenience, the laundry room is located on the first floor, equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, and board.

We supply towels and sheets, and you'll find additional laundry facilities for your use. To kickstart your stay, we offer an initial supply of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/body wash, and hand soap. For longer stays or larger groups, there are nearby Publix and Walmart stores where you can easily stock up on anything you might need.

Parking is a breeze with two free parking spaces available in our driveway. If you have a third car, you can conveniently park it at the end of our driveway in front of the house. Please note that parking on the grass or street is not permitted to avoid any towing issues.
