Fantastic Home

We loved our stay at The Roses. They had everything we needed for our family of 8. We fit comfortably and slept well. The living space and kitchen were wonderful. Owner texted back within minutes to a question we had. The pool area was AMAZING and plenty of places to shop nearby (Publix, Dutch Bros coffee, etc). Having a washer and dryer were a nice amenity as well. Three bathrooms/showers/rooms were great. About 30 minutes to Universal..... Worth the drive to stay in such a clean place. We'd love to come again!!!

Great place to stay in Orlando!

This property was everything we needed for our short trip to Orlando. The check in/out process was smooth, staff was informative and friendly.The unit itself was perfect for our 2 families. We loved having our own rooms/bathrooms for the adults and the kids having their own space. Unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Close proximity to the pool area as well as a wide variety of shopping and dining options make this location perfect. The hosts were very attentive and informative throughout our stay and were quick to respond. If you are going to visit Orlando I can't recommend this place enough. The resort is excellent! The pool and water slides are top notch. The townhouse is in a great location on the resort and in relation to the theme parks. The owners have so many thoughtful ideas supplied that makes the trip that much more special. We will definitely be starting with this place when we return to the area!

Grandma vacation

We loved this place so much we’ve already booked for next year. It’s very clean, very spacious, had everything we needed, not to mention the location. It’s located near everything you’d need from food to emergency services. And it’s a short drive to all Disney parks and about an hour away from the nearest beach. The entire resort is very nice. Clean, kid friendly and wonderful staff. Highly recommend

Didn’t get to stay but great communication

A week before arrival I received a text from the owner explaining there had been a flood and unfortunately the home would not be repaired from the flood u til after our stay. She immediately gave us options of available houses in their neighborhood that she was willing to transfer us over . She worked with that home owner to transfer us and I was so appreciative as there was 8 of us going and it was fully paid and planned for. The owner was GREAT! I would definitely come back and stay at her home when it’s all repaired. She was great to work with.

Beautiful space and great communication

We loved our time in this cozy and well appointed rental. We loved the theming. And the space and location was perfect our Disney vacation with our family and friends. The upstairs rooms were spacious and fit us all well. The downstairs bedroom was about smaller but still worked well for us. The owners communicated well with us before, during, and after. We especially loved the binder of information about the house and surrounding area that they left as a reference.

The facility and condo was very nice. You see what is advertised. The only downfall was the location. It was farther than expected from all attractions but it was a short drive for most attractions. The owners were awesome with communicating things. Overall, it was a nice stay and would stay again.

The Perfect Place!

This place was PERFECT. We need a place to stay for a few day before getting on our cruise. We had family meet up for a visit. They have almost 2 year old. This place had everything we needed (baby-gates, high chair, pack n play) This home have shampoo/conditioner & body wash in bathroom. Also laundry soap was provided. It was clean & we felt at home. The pool was AMAZING!! They even provided floats for the lazy river. Also checking out was EASY!! NO CHECK OUT LIST!! We loved that. We were in a hurry in the morning to check in to our cruise and they didnt have anything we needed to do. We could just return out bracelets & towel cards and be on our way. Definitely recommend & we will revook if were ever that way again

Beautiful home, very helpful hosts, pool and exercise areas of resort very nice - dumbbells to 50 lbs, 2 universal machines with some parts not functioning - mostly legs but better than I see at most hotels. 3 min walk to the pool area from the condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, a/c very cool and pleasant. Washer/dryer worked well. Everything you might need in kitchen and bathrooms. They checked in with us when we checked in and during our stay. Convenient to all the parks, about 30 minute drives to both Disney and Universal. Publix, Starbucks, restaurants all within 5 min. We would definitely recommend and come back!

So much fun

Had a great time at this property, it was very clean, location within the resort was great and the resort itself felt very safe. Pool area was fun for adults and kids, the bar was nice and all the staff was super friendly! Had a couple questions for the hosts, they were quick to respond and everything was very easy as far as logistics go!

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at the Roses home. They were fantastic hosts. Regal Palms is a great place for a family and our kids loved the lazy river and water slide! The home is very clean and the hosts do an amazing job with communication! Location to the pool is a very short walk. We can’t wait to visit again! Would highly recommend!

Perfect choice!

Roughly 25 mins from Disney, this place was all we needed. Very nice and clean place. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the close proximity to the pool. The owners were great and very quick to respond. I would be happy to stay here again for our next Disney trip!

A month in Davenport

The property was as descrided and depicted in the on line VRBO photos. The propery is a five minute walk to Publix and Sundays, a popular english fare including excellent fish and chips. Also close by is Applebees, IHO, a pizza place, twisted treats for amazing ice cream, and 2 great coffee shops; Starbucks and Dutch bros. The grounds at Royal Palm are well manicured and the pool area is amazing with palms and shrubs provding some reprieve from the hot sun. The lazy river is a big hit with everyone somtimes leading to congestion and not quite as relaxing as it could be. The horts, the Roses were excellent hosts, responding immediately to any concerns we had. Thank you for a great month at 127 Miramar.
