Comfortable and Close to Downtown

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and a 5 minute drive from downtown. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything you’d need to eat in. Lots of games for kids (though none were with us) and a large plush dog bed provided, plus numerous food and water bowls. We loved our visit. Thanks!

Perfect holiday

We arrived to find a perfectly equipped and laid out home. There was nothing our hosts had not though of to setup the home for a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable vacation . Just add groceries if you want to cook in the well equipped kitchen, if not the Highland cafe is right up the street, an easy walk to breakfast and the walk back will help burn off some of the calories! Whiskey Kitchen is also an easy walk for a cold adult beverage and a great meal. Add to this the proximity to town, just a short walk past the lake and it's restaurants and shops are right there for your enjoyment and you have the perfect formula for a fantastic time. Thank you for hosting us, we hope to be back soon!!

House was very nice, huge back yard, a plus for dogs who love to play frisbee. Was a little concerned when entering the neighborhood, other houses weren't as nice, but we had no issues and would stay there again.

We had rented this particular home because of its proximity to town and all the reviews. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we found all the amenities as described online however, the minute we walked in the house an unbearable smell hit us. Opening windows and doors didn’t help air out the stench of dogs. Lysol and candles barely touched it. Being a dog owner myself, I had never been in a home that smelled this bad. Disappointed

Age group 53-79 Five of us came in for Granddaughters Wedding in Sorrento. House was a great home to relax. Comfortable! Loved the backyard &huge tree, Saw squirrels birds etc. Quiet neighborhood! Loved Mount Dora - hope to visit again, and would book this home again.

We had a great time! This property was perfect. The house was very nicely, maintain the decorated everything you could possibly need and a wonderful backyard. My two dogs loved it! Would definitely stay here again.

The backyard was PERFECT for our 2 dogs and the place was very clean & well-stocked. We were a bit shocked by the outside appearance of the house, but the rest overcame the negative feelings.

Great stay in Mt Dora

Great house, nice fenced back yard for our dogs. Easy to walk into town. The Eden Abbey brewery that is down the street was fabulous, live entertainment and great food. Kitchen was well stocked and was great that coffee was provided.

Weekend wedding stay over

We could not have found a better location to meet our needs. The home was perfect for my family and puppies. The atmosphere was welcoming, clean and accommodating. We were within 15 minutes of the wedding venue, as well as in close proximity of the Peach Valley Cafe- best grits and biscuits!
