Summary:
Enjoy sitting out on the back deck with a cup of coffee or watch some TV with the family, launch one of the kayaks or SUP from one of the POA parks in the neighborhood just a few houses down, bring your boat & use the POA boat ramp, swim or fish at one of the POA parks, or just sit back and relax inside this cozy home. There are plenty of indoor & outdoor games as well as multiple TV's. This home is perfect for overflow to another rental in the neighborhood as well.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located in a neighborhood with Lake Access.

Location of POA parks:
1. Shady Oaks park is .1 miles from the house. From house turn left onto Shady Oaks until it dead ends, then turn left, will be the area in between houses on the left. This has a bench and a nice shaded area.

2. Lakewood Forest lll Boat Ramp  is .2 miles from the house. From house continue on Bedford to Riverside, turn left, boat ramp will be just up the road on the right. Please note there is a STEEP drop off on the ramp. Please ask for code to lock if you will be launching a boat.

3. North Park is .3 miles from the house. From the house continue on Bedford to Riverside, turn left, continue down Riverside straight, do not turn left. Park will be ahead at the end of Riverside. You can Swim at your own risk, fish, etc from this area.

Other Things to Note:
DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.

Wonderful getaway location!

We had such a wonderful time at this house. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. They have thought of everything! The house was super clean and welcoming. We loved the yard games and the kayaks. The rooms are oversized so even though we were a family of six, we didn’t feel crowded. Highly recommend.

Kingsland Visit

This house isn't far from town, but it's in a quiet neighborhood. The house is updated and cute. Comes with fun stuff to use for free. Close to water access, but not on the water (as the picture might make you think).

Family Time at the Lake

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The home was very clean and spacious and check in was a breeze. The yard was very family friendly we really enjoyed the fire pit and ax throwing game. Property manager answered all our question promptly. We will defiantly be looking to stay here on our next trip to the lake.

Nice location, spacious home

I travelled with family and used this home as a base. Easy access to surrounding towns and nice quiet location. The property was as described and there was plenty of room to spread out. The added bonus of a shower room in the second bedroom was great for our group. Fenced in back yard for our dog was also greatly appreciated. Would highly recommnd.

Wonderful property for a small family gathering. Plenty of space for 5 adults (no couples). Kitchen/dining/living room area as well as outside patio is great space for reconnecting and met all our needs. Everything was clean and well cared for.

House was clean and accommodating. It is definitely a neighborhood stay. The POA park was not directly next door and due to the low lake levels swimming for the kiddos was not an option from the POA park and we also couldn’t fish from any of the areas that the ad stated that were available to us. We were hoping to have some of a water view but in order for that to happen we had to drive back into town by the bridge or SLAB to get water access. The master bedroom AC closet began to leak on the first night. The property management responded quickly to resolve the issue. The paddle boards and Kayaks were a nice touch however loading them up and trying to find a place to actually use them was a challenge. over all the house was ok. we made the best of the low water and had fun with the games the house provided.

The house was very clean, beds were comfortable the entire house was well decorated. The kitchen was large and was easy to find everything. The neighbors are quiet and location was perfect for our needs. Great communication, we had no problems. Would stay here again if ever in the area.

Property was nice. Older than expected but the ac is not adequate for the space. The master had a separate unit and was decent but the main part of the house was HOT! Even with it set to 73 it would reach 80 during the day…… Other than that it was a nice property just further from water access than expected.

Dads Day Family reunion at the lake

Lots of activities to do the porches are the best they have extra parking at the back of the house with the gate entrance right there was easy in an out from both sides, the front and the back it was a beautiful home, comfortable beds lots of seating, everything worked. we loved the little touches of hotel style things, like leaving shampoo and conditioner, and little hand towels out and just a little touches that we’re very welcoming and kind of hotel like yet all the homey touches of Decour and special towels and having the the use of of everything the games in the the bag toss game the paddle boards and everything for use having the large porches to hang out on. It was especially important to us to have the baby things there as one of our children had just had a new baby so we had a four week old baby that stayed there and slept in that wonderful crib and it was just such a joy and it’s a joy to go to know if we go back and 63 months that those things are available for use and it sure makes travel better when you can show up and have baby things there and not have to haul all of that so that was a extra touch.It was just a lovely wonderful time. Everything is up-to-date and beautiful, our family spent time at this home and then we went over to another home on the lake that our rest of our family was staying at we all had a wonderful time. It was easy to get to the other home. Everyone can’t wait to come back and do it again. Thank you for this great memories with family!
