10 Ocean Point Haven is a refined Isle of Palms escape where coastal elegance, ocean views, and Lowcountry ease come together. Set in the gated Ocean Point community, this 4-bedroom retreat places you moments from the beach, with access to resort-style community amenities, scenic golf surroundings, and the kind of quiet coastal setting made for slow mornings and sunset evenings.

Inside, bright interiors, plantation shutters, soft blue accents, and tall windows create a polished yet relaxed atmosphere. The main living area is designed for gathering, with plush seating, a fireplace, and a large TV for movie nights after the beach. Nearby, the fully equipped kitchen features crisp white cabinetry, generous prep space, and a sunny breakfast nook, while the formal dining area gives your group an inviting place to linger over meals.

Four ensuite bedrooms offer comfort and privacy for up to 10 guests, making the home ideal for families or groups. Two king suites provide spacious retreats, while the additional queen and queen/bunk sleeping arrangements add flexibility for kids, friends, or extended family. With every bedroom offering its own bathroom, guests can enjoy the ease of shared travel without sacrificing personal space.

Home Truths:
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- The beach access path is in front of the home across the street.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- The Ocean Point pool is open year-round and is not heated.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $1000 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the large Ocean Point pool area and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- On-site parking is available, with space for up to 4 cars in the garage and driveway. Please note, alternate parking is not available.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

The house was amazing and gorgeously decorated. There was plenty of seating and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The screened in porch was the highlight of the trip and I couldn’t recommend this place more. It was very clean and more than we hoped for!!

Great vacation house and location! Beautifully decorated and made us feel at home. The layout was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our family meals, we only ate out once. All of the beds were very comfortable, with the bonus of the master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever experienced, a select comfort bed! A pathway to the beach, located between the links golf course hole 17 and 18, was right across the street and made our daily dash to the beach super easy and convenient. We look forward to coming back next year. The Avant management was fantastic and we never had an issue.

We were only in town for a few nights and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach and views were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the golfers while sunning at the pool. We will certainly be back for a longer visit.
