Peaceful Getaway!

This property was great for our all-ages group. Communication with the host was quick and helpful. We especially loved the big tote of toys in the game room! There was plenty of entertainment for everyone. Hammocks, mattress swing, cornhole, and a great play structure for the kids..not including the game area downstairs. A great experience overall!

Beautiful Property

We rented this cabin for our yearly family trip. This property has something for everyone to enjoy! The game room downstairs is stocked with games and activities for kids of different ages. The playground built outside is a kid's paradise with the woods behind and a cute telescope and mountain climbing area. The beds were very comfortable. The heated floors in the master bathroom were a nice touch. The swings outside, fire pits and stunning views were perfection. I highly recommend this cabin for a fun family trip with or without kids. Our kids asked when we were coming back!

Christmas at Peppermint Peak

The house is beautiful and very nicely decorated and stocked with all essentials. It comfortably slept 9 adults and 2 children. The outdoor areas give a lot of extra space and if you have teenagers, the downstairs is perfect. The owners stock the house with games, outdoor blankets, wood, and every kitchen utensil imaginable. We would stay here again. The house is exactly what you see online.

The most beautiful cabin with the most fabulous hosts! Everything you need plus more for a wonderful family getaway. The cabin is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked I have ever had in a rental - everything needed to cook a big meal from scratch and so much space for everyone to eat around the table together, both inside & out. Gorgeous views & easily accessible. Would stay here again & again.

Beautiful home with incredible view!

Our party of seven loved this cabin! All amenities were in perfect condition and the views from the back decks were incredible. We even got to see some fireworks while we ate dinner on the top deck. The driveway is a bit intimidating, but we had no issues getting our vehicles in and out over the course of our stay. As mentioned in the instructions, signal is not great out there so I would advise downloading the map before you get within 30 minutes of the cabin.

We had a wonderful time. The property was pretty clean. The only complaint would be the thick layer of dust on the vents. Sadly with asthma it made for some difficult nights of breathing in the basement. However the property amenities and view were spectacular. We will definitely be back!

Book Club Girls’ Trip

The cabin was absolutely amazing! It was everything we could have asked for and more. We are all teachers and needed the time to relax and that is exactly what we were able to do. The views from the cabin were breath-taking from the sunrises to the sunsets. The host, Sam, was easy to reach and responded in a timely manner. Hands down I will book again! Spring break for family

Our family loved this cabin! We stayed for 4 nights for spring break. Our kids were happy having a nice fire pit, a play set, and games to play inside. The cabin was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Blue Ridge is close and has plenty of options for food and supplies. Communication with the hosts was prompt and helpful.

Awesome stay

Stayed here with my six adult siblings and parents for our dad's 70th birthday. Beautiful home with lots of amenities. Very clean. Comfortable beds. No complaints whatsoever. Would highly recommend. Beautiful back porches, lots of bathrooms, nice basement. Smells new when you walk in!

Exceeded our expectations

It's really impossible to explain how absolutely perfect our stay was. Sam and Katie responded immediately when we had questions before we arrived, so I knew they were attentive hosts. But once we got to Peppermint Peak, we were blown away. The attention to detail throughout the cabin is nothing short of perfection. The decor is welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, the bathrooms have towels and soap exactly where you expect them. The beds are comfortable, the linens are exceptional. The outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Views for days! We used the fire pit for s'mores and lounged on the porch swing. This property is a gem, and we will be back!
