Comfortable, clean, great price!

This little cozy home is clean and well loved. You can tell that true thought was put into the decor and atmosphere. The backyard is actually pretty dog-poo free (which never happens) and the accessibility and safety are top notch. We had an awesome time and will 100% be back!

Cute & Clean

We had a great stay in this cute and clean little gem. We really enjoyed being able to bring our dog, and could not tell that it is a house that allows pets. Everyone slept comfortably, and we loved the proximity to everything.

Perfect for a weekend stay

Jerry was a fantastic host and was quick to respond to all my questions. As the name suggests, it's very convenient and close by after a night at the casino, and it is a cozy place to stay during a weekend trip to the Bristol area. We especially enjoyed playing a few games of Galaga in the laundry room!

A safe place to stay

We left Florida for hurricane Milton. We arrived here to what felt like a second home. They had trouble with the prior guests and so cleaning wasn't perfection but was still acceptable. There's an awesome old fashion video game that my kids really enjoyed. They had board games too! The yard was great for playing with the dog and kids! Minor damage to the fence from the last hurricane but I'm sure it will be fixed soon. The commutation was the best part there for the entire trip. I recommend the bakery it made the whole trip worth it! The bed were insanely comfortable I fell asleep instantly. Location seems on point locals were friendly.

Better than expected!

Extremely clean and well taken care of. For anyone traveling with a dog, you'll be in heaven with that big fenced in back yard - no hotel will give you that!! Jerry is very responsive, and makes everything so easy for his guests. Would definitely stay again. again!

A tidy little place.

The house was very clean. We enjoyed the fenced yard with our furry kids. A tv in the bedroom would have been nice as the couch wasn't very comfortable for 2 people over a period of time.

Lovely AND Affordable!

The pictures are a good representation of the property, but I particularly like the attention to details. The host responded to all my questions very quickly which gave me peace of mind prior to arriving. The cleaning fee was minimal which set this listing apart from others we looked at. Highly recommend!

Cute place

Cute place with big backyard. Liked all the interior decorations and games. Was disappointed people did not follow the no smoking rules inside. It smelled like cigarettes. Was also disappointed that the backyard was not fully fenced without holes. Was afraid to let our dog loose and get out. I did like that we could park in the back and close the gate, made me feel safer. But would have been even more comfortable if it locked from the backyard. Overall appreciate the cleanliness and all the games.

Very Clean House in Bristol!

This cute house is the cleanest Vrbo we have ever stayed at. It’s decorated really nice, has comfortable beds and an updated kitchen and bathroom. We loved the back deck. The backyard is all fenced in and great for pets. We will be back!

Clean and convenient

The house is immaculate and well cared for. The location is conveniently located. You could hear the neighbors but there was no one shouting/partying. My only (very minor) complaint was that the gate didn't close due to what looked like fresh gravel, so my preschooler had to stay closer to me in the yard.
