Nearby park offers trails and playground just a brief 3-minute stroll away. Kitchen well-equipped, fireplace cozy, complimentary TV streaming, and numerous added amenities.

Conveniently close to IU Campus (10 min), football stadium (13 min), Lake Monroe (20 min), and downtown Bloomington (10 min).

We have a doorbell camera located on the front door that points towards the street. This camera records audio and video 24/7 when motion is detected and is for the safety of our guests and property.

Great place for a large family!

We enjoyed our stay, it was a great house for a large family gathering. Nice layout to be together and play games, also a room for more quiet conversation. Nice big backyard!

Family Thanksgiving

Our family met at this home for our Thanksgiving get together. The little ones enjoyed the kid’s books, games, air hockey and trampoline. Adults enjoyed the spacious home, fireplace and close proximity to walking trails. Many memories were made and enjoyed by all.

Perfect Bloomington stay

We had 8 adults in town for IU homecoming. Adult children are alumni. The house was perfect for our visit, it was clean, spacious and Bruce was an amazing host! Definitely will stay again for our next Bloomington outing.

Perfect family holiday experience

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. Everything was absolutely perfect! We enjoyed sharing family time, preparing meals in the large kitchen and dining together at the large dining room table. It was the perfect space for coming together as a family to play games, share stories,and celebrate with great food and gifts! Our host was extremely responsive and available to us if we needed anything! The home was just as presented in the pictures, and only exceeded our expectations!

Great place for family Christmas

We were 6 adults, a toddler and an infant, gathered for Christmas from different parts of the country. Bruce's home was perfect for us. It is spacious, clean and quiet, in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. The beds are very comfortable. The house is a short walk to a large city park that includes a play area for kids and paved trails for walking or jogging. Bruce provided excellent communication leading up to our starting date, and continuing through our stay. He was very accommodating and and made us feel welcome. We would gladly stay here again!

Graduation Getaway

The property is roomy yet cozy. Everything was clean, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very well stocked. My older children and us adults enjoyed the hockey and ping pong table. It was also decorated nicely for the holiday season. Bruce was very easy to work with and was communicative. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area. It was the most perfect graduation getaway for my family. Thank you!!

Amazing place!

Our extended family stayed here over the 2023 Thanksgiving weekend. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, convenient VRBO in Bloomington, Indiana. The children especially liked the Air Hockey table in the lower level and the trampoline in the backyard. The county park/nature center was a short walk at the end of the street. Thank you, Bruce Tapp for providing us such an exquisite accommodation.

In town for football

We came into town for the Rutgers-Indiana football game and had a blast. The house is very large and plenty of room for 6-8 people. Only a 10 minute ride to the campus so convenient as well. It’s also stocked with all the amenities (towels, bathroom items, coffee, tea, etc.). Bruce communicated with us regularly to make sure all was good. Would recommend to anyone traveling in for events at IU.

Our stay in Bloomington

This property was very nice. We rented it so we could visit two family members studying at Indiana University. Everything about it suited my family well. It was clean. It was nicely furnished. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. And the snack basket left for us was a very nice touch! I would definitely recommend renting this property.

I cannot say enough about how great a time our family had staying in this house! It fit all our needs and more. Cleanliness, plenty of living space, great backyard where we could hang out and more!! Wonderful Property!

Wonderful house with lots of sleeping options

This house was in excellent condition and Bruce was very communicative. We loved the large fenced in yard for our dog and the nice touch of free bottled waters by each bed. The beds were comfortable too and there was a nice park with tennis courts and a walking path nearby! Only downside was that it was a bit far from campus and downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
