I was late checking in and they cancelled my booking and refused to refund

Excellent Customer Service!
Could not fault their service. We went there to simply relax and enjoy the view there which I reckon we achieved! We upgraded our room to premium, was very worth it, only thing the view was of the pool side which was a bit noisy! some standard rooms have views of the mountains and golf course. We had an extra large bathroom with jacuzzi, large shower, double the size of a standard room balcony with sun beds and table and chairs, separate room with table chairs and free minibar included with the premium, 2 TVs. Also between 11-1500 hours free pastries in the lounge which is exclusive to premium customers.
Only downside was the distance from malaga (85Eur to the airport). They offer a free shuttle from the hotel to the beach and shopping centre. About 10/15minutes walk to local shops and restaurants. Their breakfast was slightly limited, but its free and was standard, service was excellent again. The also have a wii and DVD you could borrow, but they were both not working when we were there.
Overall brilliant hotel with brilliant service! I highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing and stress free break away.
