Breakfast buffet was really nice, lots of nice options and the lady at the egg station was super nice and really friendly. I did not ask her name but please pass on a big thank you to her please! Was really impressed by her friendliness and motivation! Disappointed with the reception front desk, staff not motivated and unfriendly...the check-in service was unpersonal and the check-out same! Not 5 star standard at all! Separately, we did not bool breakfast but was informed that we could include breakfast at an additional cost of EUR20.- each if we made the pre-booking at the reception desk or EUR22.- if we went directly to the breakfast room. Did not make sense to me nor the other guests I travelled with, perhaps you want to revise this as to be honest it makes no sense and again a first for me as a frequent traveller. In addition, our terrace was full of cigarette butts we counted 6 spread on the floor and on the left hand corner on the floor there were several as probably the previous guest was using that corner floor as an ashtray (unpleasant to be honest). We reported it during our stay and apparently it was noted but no apologies were received on the contrary they said can happen that the cleaning lady oversaw that. Overall stay was okay but not 5 star hotel standards at all.
