A big disappointment

We come with a lot of expectations, the pictures, the location and the price ...The cleaning is terrible!!!! And after we complained, they did nothing. Furthermore one thay, we returned at 1530, and they didnt start to clean. The facilities in the kitchen are minimum if you want to cook, for example there is no strainer. Also budy lotion and hair conditioner is not part of the facilities. My advice, take another place

you have chosen apartment house for the accommodation. Based on the European standards and the operation rules which are displayed on each floor corridor, the day cleaning of the apartments are on clients´ theme self during the stay.
Final cleaning is done by the Vila staff.
The basic day services of the apartments - kitchen area cleaning, bathroom and rubbish taking, is done by our staff as a bonus to our clients.
The price of the apartment - which you have mentioned as good price - is based on this type of the standard.
I´m afraid you have misunderstood the apartment house with a hotel services - to pay for the apartment house but expect the 4 star hotel service.
From our side we provide extra services on the top of what you have payed for, even the special cleaning after your departure - as the ladies sanity covers were found in the kitchen area.
