This is the worse hotel one can booked very dishonest owner they put me in a room which the bathroom had serious problems no shower screen in the shower area which would cause the bathroom to be full of water and slippery, then on the second night I complained and the reluctantly changed the room this one the towel rails leaked and caused all the towels to be wet, there was no shelf for the soap or shampoo you had
to put on the floor during the shower. The wall have no sound insulation and the noise from the corridor and rooms are unbearable, so I moved to another hotel after contacting Expedia the owner refused to refund my third night, their bkfast is average and expensive the front desk completely useless.

Mr. Markus,we are sorry that your experience at our facility did not meet your expectations, however we would like to point out a couple of things inherent in the review you left:- The room you were assigned is fully compliant, every Hotel moreover is obliged by law to have a room with access for people with disabilities: for this reason there is no glass for the shower and the shower tray is without a step. It happens that, on full booking days, someone is assigned this room which, apart from the shower, is totally identical to all the other rooms in the Hotel.- The radiator, which you personally turned on, has no leakage problems but simply legally we are not allowed to turn on the heat before November. All the more so with 30 degrees outside temperature. That is why you saw a slight leak: it is the condensation created by the cold water.RegardsPalazzo Scamozzi
