We give high importance to all our guests' review, especially the negative ones because we are always ready to improve our services when needed. In this case, when you called us to communicate your new arrival date, you were told from the front desk team that the first night rate would have been charged anyway, and you agreed to it. We regret that you felt disappointed but we just followed the cancellation policy of our company. We are always sorry to hear that one of our guests did not like staying with us and we hope NH Hotels will have the opportunity to host you again for a more enjoyable experience. Best regards
