Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter la Venetie.
Publié le 15 août 2016 sur ExpediaAccueil en général assez froid. Deception sur le calme général de l'hôtel : la chambre donnait sur une route passante (camions et tracteurs ) et la piscine donne elle quasiment directement sur la route principale donc bruit.
Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner et très bon rapport qualité prix. Le restaurant (La Brasserie ) est un plus et on y mange très bien.

C'est un hôtel où tout le personnel est très attentif à tous ses clients. L'hôtel est très propre. La nourriture de la brasserie est très bonne, excellente pizza.

Sweet hotel: hotel design avec piscine agréable et breakfast succulent

Breakfast très copieux avec des produits frais (certains sont bio). Piscine agréable de taille correcte avec des jeux prêtés aux enfants: les serviettes sont aussi fournies.
Les plus: apéritif gratuit tous les soirs (boissons et toasts), tisanes et thés offerts à toute heure, petits chocolats dans les chambres.
Les moins: hôtel perdu dans un village où il n'y a rien, juste 2 restaurants ( dont celui de l'hôtel qui est correct sans plus). Il faut absolument une voiture et dans les environs proches peu de villages agréables. Il faut compter une bonne heure pour Vérone.

Don’t stay here

On the day we were due to arrive we received an email stating all restaurants/bars will be closed because of a staff party.
The receptionist (a man) was unhelpful and a bit rude.
The hotel does not look like it does in the photos. All the furniture is cheap/poor quality. A similar standard to Holiday Inn Express.
We booked a junior suite. I have never seen such a bad room. There were three rooms, two of which had no windows, the third looked directly into a wall.
The second room was so small that, when the bed was made up for my daughter, you could not get a suitcase around the bed.
They had also pushed a partly broken desk up in a corner, so it blocked the mirror and blocked the door to the bathroom.
The room was very hot, but we couldn’t use the air conditioning because it was extremely loud (to put the loudness into perspective, it was so loud, it frightened my 7 year old daughter).
When we opened the window we were kept awake by the church bells that chimed throughout the night.
We asked to move rooms and we’re given a lesser quality room than we paid for, but at least the air con worked, so we could sleep.
The receptionist (a lady) the following day was much nicer and so was the breakfast lady, who slightly saved this from being the worst hotel experience ever.
I could tell you more horrible things about this stay, not no more space left

Lovely hotel with 2 beautiful restaurants. It was Saturday night so the restaurants were full of people. The food was excellent, with a complimentary glass of Prosecco for guests at the bar. Fresh, healthy breakfast
