Apartment located in the luxurious condominium samaria beach club. Beachfront building, with ocean views from the living room and from 2 of its rooms. The building has a beach club with competition and children's pool, infinity pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, restaurant, gym with ocean view, golf simulator. 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the roller coaster.
The space
ATTENTION:
The buildings in Santa Marta require the payment of a handle to access the facilities. In this case, each guest over 5 years of age must pay a $50,000 handle once at check-in (value not included in the listing).

The architect who designed the project: “Samaria beach club” has said:

Your ACCOMMODATION:
You will stay in tower 3 with a spectacular view of the sea from the living room and 2 bedrooms. When you arrive you can look out onto the balcony and see the boats on the horizon. It is a beautiful view to share as a family, sitting on the balcony, as a couple or with friends, all the colors of the sky fused with the blue of the sea.

The condominium has direct access to the beach through a beautiful PRIVATE path built on the ecological reserve of LAKE EL DULCINO, you will walk without leaving the building to the beach (not more than 300 meters) or you can make the tour by free vehicle transport of the open-top condominium (type zafari bus) so you can reach directly from the apartment to the beach in less than a minute.

LOCATION: 5 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the treadmill, near the Stellar Hotel (2 minutes), Irotama, Zuana and Mercure, the sector is called beautiful horizon is very exclusive, the beaches are beautiful and calm (you can bathe small children), the building has there is everything, beach pool. However, if you need to get around far away, there are always taxis at the main entrance to the condo.

POWER OPTIONS:
2 options: 1- cook in the apartment, or 2- go to zazue

1. Cooking in the apartment

Nearby, 3 minutes by car there are Carulla, OlĂ­mpica and Ara, the first two have addresses and the local store called EL EXITASO also has addresses.

tip: if you go down early in the morning you can see the fishermen pick up the trammel! if the fishing is good you will see them take out the fish and you can buy it right there to make your lunch Did you know that fresh fish is ONLY the one that has less than 4 hours of being separated from the sea?

The EXITASO is the store of a family in the sector that puts all the effort, attends quickly and do not bother with the amount of the order, once they told my husband (that he just wanted a couple of batteries at 8:00 pm) "do not worry if you are asking for them is because the
needs, I'll take them"... then we think: that's doing business!

In the apartment you will also find the phone number of the local fishmonger to order fish and seafood; and cook at home (if you want to enjoy homemade seafood )

2. Eat in zazué:

5 minutes drive away you will find Zazué mall, there are Crepes & Waffles, Los Pollitos, Little Italy, pizza per meter (which on weekends at night has a singing waiters event that is WORLD CUP) and a local site I liked for its beauty and food quality is called sea food belt, it's very nice and worth knowing (my recommendations are sincere not commercial)

In the apartment you will also find the phones if you want to order by phone to Zazué (in this sector of Santa Marta there is no Rappi, which is strange because it is a fairly exclusive sector...)

WHAT TO DO IN SAMARIA ALL DAY:
Going down to the beach:
If you go for an early morning walk to the beach it is also possible that you meet a living starfish (we share photos of a giant starfish that my husband found during the morning walks) this has only happened once already 1 year ago, but it was a difficult event to forget.

Kids:
For kids being in the pools and making sandcastles on the beach in the day will be exciting and watching Disney+ in the night is paradise (at the end of the day they sleep peacefully) of course the pool is excellent, BUT if they go to the sea (and the sea is calm)and concentrate on seeing the ground, they will see the fish hovering near their feet, if they have enough agility they can catch a fish with the beach bucket, and if they are as good as my daughter... they get a mini balloon fish, at first they will not know, (the fish inflates when they see that you want to touch it)

The two children's pools are located next to two (2 Jacuzzis) so adults can take care of them while in the Jacuzzi enjoying the
temperature and hydromassage (note: ask Samaria staff for help for Jacuzzi automation... it has colored radio and lights)

Third party visits are not allowed during your stay... remember that we are in a special time, let's take care of ourselves!.

You will fill out a small questionnaire before entering because (i) we have to issue you an invoice, (ii) we have to fill out a accommodation registration card in accordance with article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020. Your personal data will be processed only for these two purposes: we honor your privacy!

BEACH and POOL RESTRICTIONS COVID 19:

The maximum capacity inside the pools is 20 people inside each pool at the same time (the pools are super large with 20 people they look empty), there are 4 pools in total 2 adults and 2 children, the good news is that samaria has private and direct access to the beach, the beach has no capacity limitations, the beach line extends for several kilometers so you can get where you are most comfortable and away from other swimmers.

If for any reason (which has not happened so far) the pools will be full (with the capacity of 20) it could be established a stay inside the pool for a family of 3 hours. But remember: if you have already spent your 3 hours in the pool, the beach will be available without limitations and the beach line
