This spacious home is the perfect property for work crews, sporting teams, and extended families looking to stay under one roof. Newly renovated, this beautiful homestead has it all; beautiful kitchen, four spacious bedrooms with huge wardrobes, three brand new tastefully renovated bathrooms, full laundry, ducted air-conditioning, and fresh linen and towels. Located in Port Stephens, only 10 mins to Newcastle Airport, 20 mins to the heart of Nelson Bay and 35 mins to the Newcastle CBD.
This newly renovated homestead is a contemporary brick and tile home sitting on 1 hectare, right in the middle of Salt Ash, Port Stephens. With all the inclusions you would expect of a home of this calibre, including but not limited to…

Salt Ash is located just a short 10 minute drive from Newcastle Airport. South of Nelson Bay, you are within 20 minutes to numerous working farms and vineyards that hug the coastline, providing foodies with farm-gate fresh produce, from figs and boutique wineries to avocados and craft beer.
Murrays Brewery is famous for its unique craft beers which you can enjoy with wood-fired pizza and local music. Just up the road is Bobs Farm Avocado Stall (open from June - November) where you can purchase creamy avocados and bush honey straight from the farm - it doesn’t get any fresher than that. If you love a fish dish then make sure you visit the working barramundi farm and hydroponic gardens where you can take a tour or just settle in and savour a delicious lunch in Cookabarra Restaurant.
For the more adventurous, get revved up at Go Karts Go and test your skills against the clock or get the gang together for a colourful battle at Hellfire Paintball. If you’ve ever wanted to get up close and personal with sharks and stingrays then The Shark and Ray Rescue Centre is a must-see. Or for more land-based animals try Oakvale Wildlife Park - a fantastic animal adventure the whole family will enjoy with koalas, crocs, camels and kangaroos as well as baby animals, tractor rides, picnic areas and a chance to cool down at Splash Bay.
Want to head in the opposite direction? You are within 40 minutes from Newcastle. The beating heart of the Hunter region, Newcastle blends the best of laid back coastal life, with a city bustling with restaurants, events and nightlife. Soak up the beautiful beaches, surf, city, culture, and coffee by day, and sample some of the delicious food and drink on offer by night. It's a city big enough to get lost in and small enough to enjoy on foot.

We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
