Problématique quand on arrive après 19h. Personne pour nous accueillir et réception ouverte de 10h00 à 19:00. Le personnel ne parle pas français alors que sur le descriptif il est marqué que si.

abbiamo cercato di accogliervi nei migliori dei modi, al momento della prenotazione expedia vi invia un messaggio automatico con gli orari della reception (10-18), vi ho inviato il mio contatto whatsapp non appena mi avete comunicato il vostro orario di arrivo dche era previsto in tarda serata, ci dispiace che non avete apprezzato la nostra disponibilità. Buona fortuna!

Difficile à trouver, en fait on ne s'attendait pas à être dans un immeuble. Très peu insonorisées pour les chambres. En ayant un enfant on a dû nous entendre tôt le matin et réciproquement pour avoir entendu les disputes de couples de nos voisins tard le soir. Petit déjeuner plutôt médiocre, du coup on s'est rabattu sur un établissement extérieur. Par contre, personnels très accueillant.

good morning, our position is justified by our excellent guests, we are on the street, in the main street, located in a huge door, where taking a walk is impossible not to see it; the breakfast was kindly offered by us without asking for any additional cost, in fact the reservation was without breakfast, said this I hope that now knowing where we find ourselves find us, we also have homemade desserts. good day

Aucune isolation / No isolation between rooms Personnel s'est permis d'enlever nos valises de la chambre pour qu'on dégage à 11H 30 Staff toke away our personnal luggage to get out morning 11:30= very rude

Rome en 3 jours

Un accueil très agreable et un quartier très calme. Bien que la chambre ne sois pas vraiment insonorisee. L'hôtel est parfaitement situer pour visiter Rome en peu de jours.

Clean, kind staff, very small room

All the staff is very kind. The room is clean. The location and communication is good enough (we walked from/to Termini and took buses/metro to the center). There is an internet connection but it's not good at all. The room we were given was very very small for 2 people (the bed is by the wall and it only rest a very thin corridor). No breakfast service, but you can take a coffee or tea at the reception. We may come back, but we would see other options first. Note: I did the reservation in hotels.com giving all my credit card data, but then I had to pay IN CASH at the hotel (and therefore, last minute run to a cash machine), this information was not given anywhere.

3 days stay, young couple

Very nice hotel, a little bit hard to find at first but well situated in town, not too far from both metro lines. Very nice people at the reception, explained us well which bus/metro to take and where to go to eat well and not spend too much. Very welcoming people, even if english was sometimes approximative. The hotel itself was clean and cosy, nicely decorated and simple. Might be a little bit too noisy (we heard people walking and talking, but the hotel is not big, and we slept well anyway). In a nutshell, very nice stay, good quality for the price, wlecoming atmosphere even if not luxuous. I couldn't have wished for any better !
