A well located hotel. But a deplorable service, we spent 4 nights there. This is a 5 star hotel. No valet service. No breakfast, no room service… Every morning the room cleaning service enters the room without even knocking on the door… several times in the morning .. the hotel bar is always privatized so no access for hotel guests. We were charged 130 euros for arriving at check out at 2.15pm instead of 2pm…. We often stay in Paris but it is the worst hotel service in the area. We changed hotels for the last two days of our stay.

We were really disappointed to read your comment and are sorry to hear that we failed in meeting your expectations.
We hoped to please you by upgrading for free to a room worth € 150 per night more than the one you originally booked.
We are sorry to learn of the concern about the housekeeping service knocking on your door on several occasions and regret not having been made aware during your stay. The appropriate actions could have been taken.
It is also difficult to understand your remark concerning the breakfast that we offer as a buffet in the "Salon Crest" as well as the room service is provided by the Imperial Treasure restaurant.
Finally, our check-out time is set at 12:00, you certainly returned to the hotel at 14:15 pm but left the room after 15:00 pm, an exceedence generally resulting in the charge of an amount which usually exceeds € 130, especially when we are fully booked which unfortunately prevented us from extending your stay for two nights, as you requested.
